My visit there was fast. I did check-in on my phone and I didnt wait to much for my turn. The two girls who attended to me were great, so kind and professional doing their job.

I went there for a blood draw for my primary care. I noticed a urine sample about ten feet away from me. I asked the tech to remove it. She said she would take care of it after she checked me in. Again I asked her to remove it. After checking me in she took the sample and left. She got another tech to draw my blood. I brought up the urine sample. She smugly asked me “where should I put it?”. This was my far the worst Quest I had ever been too.

I usually got to the Pasadena location merely based on distance and that may change. This was my first visit here and the level of professionalism, kindness, and happy workers from my perspective was great. I had an appt and was seen pretty much on time and every time an employee came out to pull in the next patient they always checked if everyone was ok and/or checked in along with assurance we’d all be seen as soon as possible. Thank you everyone there for a pleasant experience.

It's my 2nd time here. It's very convenient since it's close to our house and very easy to schedule and check in online. Giving 4stars cz I ended up with Trina who was not very friendly and was not gentle at all when she put the needle in. I don't mind needles but she just shoved it in my arm and I was thinking if she did that to somebody who does not like needles then it would be a horrible experience. To me it was just annoying. Maybe she was having a bad morning but she still needs to be friendlier and more gentle with people.

I went here on a rainy day and it was super busy but the nurses were nice !! Thank u guys I liked talking about Minecraft while getting my blood drawn. Will get blood drawn here again. ♥️

Scheduled online for urine test arrived early my appointment was for 11:10 a.m. they didn't call me until almost 11:20 not a big deal then they told me after I get in there that oh we can couldn't do that at the online says urine but it doesn't come through that way on our end so I had to wait longer

I love this Quest location! It's so easy to use the app to schedule my appointments. I have to have blood work done every 3 months, and Quest makes the process simple and easy. I always input all my insurance information before I arrive, so I can just click the link sent to my text when I arrive, and that's it! I've never had a bad experience at this location. They are prompt, professional, personable, and kind.

Excellent service and professional staff. No wait, on time service. Quick blood draw was no pain or bruising was over before I knew it. I will always go to quest for blood work.
