I walked in the door and was seen in seconds of my appointment time. Tech (Joyce) was very thorough and friendly!! Cleaniness of their bathroom needs to be addressed: Someone else’s sample remained in the bathroom and no paper towels. Therefore I’m forced to make my review much lower, a 4 vs 5 stars.

Joyce was very professional and nice. She's easily able to find baby veins in an adult's arm/hand. she pokes softly unlike other staff members
