This Quest has the largest and nicest waiting room I’ve ever seen at a quest. I made an appointment a few days in advance and was in and out within 20 minutes. I’ve never had such an efficient experience at a Quest, and I have labs drawn at least every three months, sometimes more. The only downside was when I walked outside to return to my car there were 10-15 men gathered outside smoking cigarettes, so that was a little weird. Otherwise this Quest is great and will be my new preferred location from now on.

We scheduled an appointment same day. Kiosk was an easy check in, the lobby was busy but we didn’t wait long. Tech was friendly. Another tech came in calmly and asked if she could switch with her as she needed assistance. The hand off was done very professionally and didn’t seem to slow down our process. The other patient was loud and eventually stormed out swearing for all to hear and yelling at anyone in his path. Both techs remained calm and professional in front of all of us. They weren’t treated well and they stayed on the higher road.Additionally, our tech was wonderful to my son. He was nervous and she spoke calmly and encouraging to him the whole time. She didn’t let the other situation interrupt my son’s experience.

Impossible make an appointment. They do not have human costumer service and force you to talk with a freaking machine that is not working at all. I tried walk in but is worse, no manners and condescending. I only wanted a freaking mandatory drug test and was literally impossible. I personally went to 4 locations and I got same treatment. Shame of you!!

Every 6 weeks for the last two years I come to this location. Location is convenient, clean, and the staff is kind, very friendly. I sometimes get in & out quickly and sometimes wait over 40 mins and need to bring to their attention I have been waiting too long. I have two complaints - I need to make sure they submit my blood for everything the doctor requested on the order sheet. They forgot to test my TSI level last time. They also take longer than they say 5 to 9 days to turn around my results even though they will tell you that they turn around in 3-4 days.

I took a sick loved one here for some blood work. The nurse who performed his blood work proceeded to tell him that she knew someone with his condition and they died 2 weeks after being diagnosed. His condition is not even a terminal condition, someone would only die of it if it was left completely untreated or other serious complications were involved. More importantly - Why would you ever say that to a sick person!?!?!? Unbelievable. Also didn’t get called back until 15-20 minutes after scheduled appointment time, only to see the lab technicians screwing around in the back. Giving the one star for easy check-in at the kiosk otherwise it would be zero.

I've been twice.Once they billed my insurance wrong and it took a YEAR of phone calls to sort it out. A YEAR. Dozens of hours on the phone with Quest and insurance companies all for a routine blood test.Second time they needed me to email the prescription because their fax machine just doesn't work, apparently. Like not temporarily broken, just never works. Then, they told my doctor I had to come back for a repeat sample. When I came back, the staff didn't know why and said there was nothing needed from me. A month later and they haven't figured it out. No results and the test just shows as "in progress" received by their lab on their website.Total incompetence. I will try not to go back, but not sure if there are other options with my insurance. Hope they get better.

Even though there were about 25 people in the waiting room and the office was short staffed by three, I was in & out in 30 minutes. My phlebotomist was very well trained, efficient & kind. It only took one poke! I did have an appointment, I would not recommend walk-ins. Walk-ins were told they would be seen only after all patients with appointments were seen first - indicating they could potentially be waiting all day.

Went for routine bloodwork. I was pretty nervous because of the reviews, and because I tend to faint when my blood is taken. My appointment was at 10 am on a Saturday, and I didn't have to wait that long to be seen. My phlebotomist was Emily, and I explained my tendency to get lightheaded, and she took me to a room with a reclining chair so I could lean back. The blood draw was very quick and I didn't faint.Removed one star because there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

This is one of the best Quest centers I’ve visited. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a full waiting room. Hands down the easiest blood draw I’ve had in years!

I am a busy person so I walked in without an appointment. It's self-check-in at the kiosk: scan my Drivers License, scan my insurance card. They took me within 10 minutes. Co-pay $18 collected right then and I received my test results within 48 hours in the Quest app. Now I am ready for my doctor appt. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics for any and all lab work because I can see all my past lab results in the app and keep an eye on my chronic diseases.

The person who drew my blood was great! The rest of it was a mess. Arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:20 appointment. Overcrowded waiting room and parking lot. Didn't get in until 9:56, 36 minutes late for a 3-minute blood draw! Supervisors couldn't care less because "they were short-staffed." Very frustrating. Would never go back.

Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been wonderful- special shout out to Niyah, Nicey, and Michaela (I’m sorry if I’m spelling your names incorrectly!) for going above and beyond. Short wait time and clean facility. Excellent experiences at this location.

From the moment I called to walking out from my biometric screenings, this was the easiest, most awesome experience! Monica, who helped direct me where I needed to go though there were no available appointments, gave me spot on and super helpful advice. She sent my information directly to the office as a walk-in. Monica was fantastic, very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind. I got there at opening and was in and out in less than 17 minutes. The checkin process was super easy and very efficient. Savannah was amazing! Even though I was not well hydrated and have tiny veins, Savannah found one on the first try and was so gentle that I couldn’t even feel it. She is pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I appreciate her and Quest Diagnostics very much!
