(PRE-NOTE: I understand finding active staff is difficult after covid) They had 4 staff working.I went to check out the PUMAs, and the store is neatly handled. But all staff were somewhere else, backroom, front. I needed to get boxes from top rack. Step Ladder available, BUT NO (I understand), Not for customer use ie insurance. So, OUT OF THE BLUE, long-haired manager runs up to tell me, CANT USE THE LADDER. I pointed out the boxes, SHE got them, FOLDED THE LADDER and walked away, ONLY TO CONTINUE TALKING to her other staff member. I tried over 4 pairs, finally selected two. As I was walking to the cashier counter, there she was HAWKING ME & Talking with other staff. Finally a staff came to check me out. He went thru EACH PAIR of sneaker, as if I mis-organized them. Then, Placing the Sneakers Back in the BOX, he didn't use the PAPER separaters inside the box, He FORCED the pairs into them..Boring I know, BUT MY POINT IS, "WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS?" completely missing.

On 3/1/22 I visited the store and made a purchase with my debit card only one transaction about four days later I happened to look at my bank statement and noticed that they actually charged me twice for the same transaction this was an in-store transaction and I am being pushed to contact customer service who is saying it can up to 30 days to get my money back I should not have to contact my bank this is a matter that was an in-store issue and should be handled at a store level but everyone is telling me to contact customer service who keeps telling me it could take up to 30 days never will I shop there Again I know I’m just one person won’t make a difference to them but it makes a hell of a lot of difference to my money being stolen won’t get me again

They do sales like buy a pair get the second half off, but then when you go in, you find out Nikes are excluded. It seems like the top brands they carry are excluded from the sales they are always displaying.
