Rack Room Shoes has been a reliable footwear retailer for over 95 years, offering quality shoes for men, women, and children at value prices. Customers appreciate the reasonable selection and friendly employees who are helpful without being intrusive. However, the store's focus on sneaker styles may not cater to all preferences, and some popular brands, like Nikes, are often excluded from promotional sales. Despite these drawbacks, many shoppers find good deals and enjoy the shopping experience, even when visiting close to closing time. Overall, Rack Room Shoes provides a solid choice for family footwear needs.
Sale prices weren't too bad, selection was ok and employees were very nice but not hovering. The trends here and in general seem to favor sneaker styles over other shoes but only a couple of real running shoes.

Very good selection prices a reasonable we got there just at before closing and they had no problem with waiting for us to finish shopping

Large selection of shoes at decent prices. The motivation of the staff is not great. Still, thumbs up.
