I arrived right before closing with a massive, heavy keyboard return after dealing with days of shipping nightmares from another company. Ken was a literal ray of sunshine amidst the dark clouds. He walked out to my car, lifted the heavy box onto a cart, and brought it inside for me. He seamlessly handled all the digital paperwork on my phone and even spoke a few words in Russian just to make me smile and ease my stress. Ken turned a frustrating day into an absolute pleasure. “Diana provided exceptional service! Edit to add- went Saturday 9/12/26: Daria was also very helpful with multiple packages I had to deliver- both these workers deserve huge raises! In the 12 years I have been using UPS delivering thousands of packages- she was the first and only person to actually help me carry the large number of packages and help with the door. This is truly exceptional and gets 5 stars please give this employee a raise . Also helps you can park near the store and drop off!”
