The UPS Store in South Pasadena is a locally owned business offering packing, shipping, printing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing services. The staff is super helpful, great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, kind, friendly, and courteous. They are understanding and patient, providing reassurance even during busy times. Customers always have a great experience, finding the clerks very nice and the service fantastic. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has the necessary mailing supplies, with lines that move quickly. It is highly recommended as the best UPS store for all mailing and shipping needs.

I’ve been here twice. Excellent customer service, namely an employee named Hunter. Goes above and beyond. Very helpful. Make him a manager if he is not already.
