We went here today to get a new phone and it was so easy! We had Kate B and she was amazing! She was so kind and informative. There was only 2 staff when I was there as well and they were doing there all to get to every costumer!

I went through quite an ordeal over the general TMobile phone ordering but the staff at this store was very understanding, patient and helpful in switching out the horrible phone that was sent & helping me get set-up. Thank you Kate, Nick and Dominic!
