“I brought my vehicle in because I felt a noticeable brake pressure almost as if my fluid needed a flush. The tech drove my jeep around the block for a test drive and quickly visually inspected the brakes. He everything was fine. He mentioned he’d love to accept my money, but only wanted to do so honestly. He recommended a local jeep specific repair shop if I really felt it needed a second look. Honesty and good work is all a customer ask for. I can’t rate the work, but I can rate their integrity. Kudos Big John’s!”

“I've taken my car here to have a full set of tires put on and also take it here whenever I need a used tire. I have a BMW, which only takes run flats and this has been the most affordable option for me. These guys truly are so helpful with the best prices! Being a female, I feel like most places would take a look at me and overcharge me because they think I don't know what I'm talking about, however, these guys are so genuine and I highly recommend them to anyone! I literally just had my rear brakes changed here and saved a fortune because the dealership quoted me at $750 and they replaced them for 100 and I brought my own parts. You truly cannot beat the service here 10 out of 10 recommend for everything! I will be bringing my car back here next month for an alignment thanks guys for all that you do!”

“I was in a pinch and needed used tires, and they were able to get me in asap for a fair price! I encountered an issue with one of the tires within a few days but they were quick to attempt a patch. There wasn’t a visible issue, so they replaced the tire for me at no cost given it was a faulty tire. I will 100% only be coming here for new or used tires!!”

True story. I had a sound coming from my front. Every time I would turn my steering wheel it would make a rattling sound. I took it to 6 different places, all with different diagnosis and a payout totaling upwards three thousand dollars. The sound persisted. A friend told me about this place. Can't remember who. I brought it in, and as I was talking to Faith, she casually found the issue, under five minutes. That is the type of service you get here. She's always smiling, personable, and they are quite professional here.

“This place is great!! I was recommended by a friend and have been here only twice so far as my car was under warranty until recently. I went in today because the plastic cover under my car fell down. I was sure I cracked it, as I had to drive a long way dragging it, and would need to pay significant money to replace it. But John was able to work me in AND fix the cover. BEST of all he did it at NO charge! They have as a customer for life now and I would recommend them to anyone!!”
