Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassion, care, and dedication you showed us and our beloved Ziggy. Dr. Saez, the fact that you came in on your day off to take immediate action and perform emergency surgery means more to us than words can truly express. Dr. Wilson, your care, support, and commitment during this incredibly difficult time did not go unnoticed and meant so much to our family.
From the moment we walked in, your entire team was so welcoming and supportive, without knowing the heavy personal struggles we were already carrying. I was dealing with my own serious health issues and had just been discharged from the hospital, while also grieving a loss in my family. In the midst of all that pain and uncertainty, your clinic became a place of warmth, understanding, and genuine compassion.
We cannot help but wish we had known about Northwest Veterinary Clinic sooner. Perhaps if we had, Ziggy might still be with us today. We had tried another clinic, but the cost was simply more than we could manage while already under financial strain. Despite everything, Dr. Saez, Dr. Wilson, and the entire team made it their duty to do everything possible for Ziggy, and that effort, empathy, and humanity mean everything to us.
Even though the outcome was not what we had hoped for, we are forever grateful knowing that Ziggy was surrounded by people who truly cared and fought for him with everything they had. Thank you for your kindness, your empathy, and for treating us and our boy with such dignity and love during one of the hardest moments of our lives.

“I brought my 11mo old kitty Newton here for the 1st time today. I was a little nervous at first not for Newton but for the techs as he can be a little wild when he wants to be but also he's friendly. Cyndi was his vet tech and he just warmed up to her, he was very talkative( he loves to talk and let you know what he thinks of things, lol) His doctor was Dr. Bethany and she also did a great job with him. He came in for his up to date vaccines and a wellness checkup and nail trimming. Newton did great and these ladies did a wonderful job with him. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and caring. Thank you Parkview for taking care of Newton!”

“This store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and available to help. Most larger stores you have to search for someone to help and usually they do not know much about the brands. I was switching my cat to a limited diet food and the gentleman that helped me knew everything about the brands they had. He recommended a great brand that didn't break the bank yet my cat is feeling so much better on the food he chose. We are forever a customer.”

they are very affordable and very helpful, I took my cat for a neuter in early november, prior to that we did vaccines, blood work, etc, which i had absolutely no issues with. time frames for all appts and surgery were fantastic, i was even able to pick him up early from surgery, healing process and incision site looked just fine and has healed just fine. also your $40 to book your appt goes towards what you are doing in that appt! i have never had any issues getting in contact, booking an appt, or asking any questions. Thank you guys for everything!!”
