It used to be owned by Dr Brock and he was awesome with my Doxie Willow.. and when he retired Dr Thomas took the reins and she is just as warm and caring as he was with my foster fail Boo. Maybe even moreso. (but let's not mention that to Dr. Brock )”

Dr. Scarpino and her team have taken such amazing care of our dog, Tebow. The level of care, compassion, knowledge, and genuine love they have shown him was exceptional. We have always felt that he was in the very best hands and that he was treated not just as a patient but as a beloved member of our family recently, Unfortunately we had to make the incredible painful decision to say goodbye to our precious dog and we are absolutely heartbroken. Dr. Scarpino and her staff went above and beyond to make the most difficult experience imaginable as peaceful, gentle and loving as possible, their compassion and care for both our Tebow and for us during that moment, we will stay with us forever, But what touched us even more was the kindness. They continued to show us afterwards We went back the next day to donate the food and medication we had left over. They hugged us shared our grief, and one of the technicians became emotional with us that moment meant more to us than they will ever know. Then completely unexpectedly they sent us a beautiful rose through a local florist with a message. Let us know. They were thinking of us. We were feeling so broken and that simple incredibly thoughtful gesture brought us to tears. I wanna make it very clear that our love and appreciation for Dr. Scarpino is not simply because she helped us through the loss of our dog it is because of the exceptional care she gave Tebow throughout the entire time he was in her care. She is an incredible veterinarian, and the entire staff consistently goes above and beyond. This is so much more than a veterinary office. These people genuinely care care about their patients and the families who love them. They showed compassion, empathy, kindness, and humanity when we needed at most Dr. Carrino and your entire team thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving our precious Tebow such wonderful care and for being there for all of us when need you the most.
