“I had an incident with my dog. He cut his pad on the foot in half pretty much. They were able to squeeze me in at 7 o’clock that night whereas no other place could do the surgery unless it was $2500.The staff was more than accommodating friendly competent and made me feel like I had made the right choice by going there. The repair ended up costing $675. That was way less than I got from the other place. In addition they also diagnosed a few other problems with him, including hips, prostate, and things of that nature I feel more than confident that these people love their jobs, love animals and do everything they can to make your visit The best it can beappreciate you very much thank you”

“After being totally disappointed with my previous vet I called to get my dog in this morning at Live Oak (based on reviews) and they were able to see her same day and start getting her feeling better. “Our puppy was having some serious stomach issues and our current vet at the time turned us away due to being overbooked. This was the last straw with them as they were taking on more patients than they could handle. I came across Grand Central and they were able to see me that day, within 2 hours at that. Through out the whole process and months and months of trying to figure out what is wrong with our puppy, Dr. Zamora and staff were so patient and kind. They continuously were able to fit me in last minute when he had another episode.What sets this vet higher on the list than anyone I have gone to is how involved Dr. Zamora is. She listens, she gives advice and never once have I felt she had no time for us or our dogs. She is present, calls and checks up and knows our dogs and their habits. It is not a quick in and out, or takes the dogs in the back without you like my old vet. Shots are given in front of you. Prices are straight forward and they keep great track of what is needed for each dog and it’s accessible on a sheet after each visit.”

We made an appointment with the SPCA with ease after emailing the previous vet records to them. They were ready to see her same-day!During the visit, the Vet tech Rachel and the assistant Keri were patient and listened to all issues and concerns we had. The Vet, Dr Giron, was also very kind, caring, and thorough. The whole team took great care of her, drawing her labs, cleaning her ears, and clipping her nails. The tech booked the follow up visit right in the exam room. “Really awesome experience all around. They are always on time for appointments. Our dog Ted is a complicated case and has a lot going on (allergies, skin stuff, ear infections, etc). Dr. Scribano took his time with us and created a treatment plan to get to the root cause as opposed to just treating symptoms. Our previous vet would just give him antibiotics all the time which it turns out, he really didn't need. He's been so much better lately and I am extremely happy with the service that we have gotten here.”
