“I’ve always tried to use small local
owned businesses as they’re the back bone of the Country. I’ve been with Sam & crew for several years now and they provide excellent customer service and delivery service for when needed. They seem to have a low turnover of staff when is a good sign about management and continuity of care for the customers. However, a couple of concerns I have is first the location it’s very difficult to get in/ out of especially during the winter months when traffic picks up and second is - I wish they had a different way of asking to access your information than asking for your DOB right at the register with so many people around. I highly recommend them regardless of location just pick your time during lower traffic times.”

“I just left the store and it was the last day of the sale for the corn beef. The only corn beef that was left was a huge slab for $100 so I rang the bell and a young gentleman came to help me and he said he’d see if the meat cutter have left. His name was Taylor and sure enough he was there and he said he was just ready to go home Took the time to take the slab in back and cut it for me in a 4 pound package and he did a wonderful job and I want to thank them both for taking the time to help me. Both are excellent employees they went the extra step thank you thank you thank you.”

“The only complaint I have is the lotto desk. Jeezz... almost every time I go there, it's something crazy. Several times a clerk will check out a couple of people and then say they are calling someone else, and they walk off. I waited 10 minutes today and no one ever came, so I left. I'll just stick to getting grocery here and buy lotto somewhere else.”

“Bell Pharmacy is absolutely amazing! Dr. Robert Bray, the head pharmacist, truly goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to take the extra time to help.
They accept all major insurance plans, offer free home delivery (which is a huge blessing), and even help you access copay assistance programs to save money on your prescriptions.
It’s a great addition to Dade City, and the new remodel looks fantastic—clean, modern, and welcoming!”

“I cannot remember the pharmacists name, but I went in with my mom after she was released from the hospital. She was unable to pay for Eliquis, as we were not expecting it to be $500. The pharmacist was so helpful, quick to help and understanding. Gave us a 10 day supply, giving us time to try to figure out if there was an alternative.
I went back to pick up additional medication 2 weeks later, and again she was quick to assist a mix up with the order. Fixed it while we were shopping.
I will update when I get her name. But the service, understanding, and kindness are invaluable to your store.”

“Publix is a clean well stocked grocery store. The employees are always helpful in finding items! There are often 2 for 1 priced items that are items that are routinely purchased, so it is useful. There is ample parking in a location on Overpass Rd that has high traffic. Their bakery is very good, and their cakes besides being attractive are delicious. I shop there frequently!”
“Great pharmacy and great customer service. I used to go to the base for my meds, but slowly and surely I am switching all my med refills to this pharmacy. Not only does their automated service notify you when a medication is ready, but it also sends you reminders when it is time to refill, so I don't have to keep up with that anymore. The Pharmacists in this location are also very helpful and provide outstanding customer service. Thank you!”
“I love this store and the employees are great. I like going to this Publix to get all my lottery and scratch off‘s as well. Granted I haven’t done well lately with any of the scratch off‘s, but that’s not their fault. They always have the things I need and they have unique prepared items, bakery goods that are fresh, and a nice selection of meats and cheeses. The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than other stores, but due to its cleanliness, variety, and friendly employees it’s worth paying that extra bit of money.”

“As for customer service in the pharmacy ??DEMITRIUS is awesome alway respectful with a smile and I appreciate that and He doesn’t mind if you ask a couple extra questions, which sometimes we need to do right! But when I did call a little earlier speaking to a different person over the phone, which I do not recall her name, it was a woman with a non-American accent, Honestly, she was pretty rude and I understand it can be pretty busy as I am a server at a restaurant that gets really busy at times but still with that said I should still always take into consideration that your customer service skills should always be one of the top priorities, especially being that I was to bring my business to you on a constant anyways that’s my review and thank you very much.”
