“Went to this Publix 09/15/2022 and found that they had Hostess Cupcakes on BOGO. I never usually check the expiration dates but something told me to look and found all the boxes on the shelf expired. Needless to say I didn’t buy any. :( This is a great Publix and I highly suggest going there if you’re gonna shop at a Publix BUT check your dates before getting home and finding out something is expired. Seems they aren’t on top of checking them at this store.”

“I came to Publix because WinnDixe Pharmacy shut down my perspiration’s were transferred to Walgreens. They were terrible to deal with and even gave me someone else’s medication and had to chase me down to get it back. So I called Publix to get them to transfer mine and my husband’s medication over from Walgreens. They called Walgreens and refused to transfer them over. Publix called me back and told me what they said. So the Pharmacist told me I might want to call the doctor and get them to call all the medication my husband and I are on over to them. So I did have the doctor call them all over to Publix. They have been amazing and so nice and easy to work with. I would like to just say Thank you to all of the amazing staff at Publix Pharmacy.”

“I love this store and the employees are great. I like going to this Publix to get all my lottery and scratch off‘s as well. Granted I haven’t done well lately with any of the scratch off‘s, but that’s not their fault. They always have the things I need and they have unique prepared items, bakery goods that are fresh, and a nice selection of meats and cheeses. The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than other stores, but due to its cleanliness, variety, and friendly employees it’s worth paying that extra bit of money.”

“I was searching for a pharmacy that had the RSV vaccine available to pregnant women and called my OB, 4 other pharmacies, and the health department before reaching out to Omega Rx. I was so frustrated with being tossed around by other places and when they answered the phone I was expecting more disappointment, but they not only had the vaccine in stock, they were able to check if it was covered by my insurance over the phone and told me I could come in as soon as I wanted!The pharmacist was so kind and professional and really put me at ease. Great experience and definitely will be telling my pregnant friends where to go if they are also struggling to find a provider for the vaccine!”

“I cannot say enough how much I truly appreciate all of the pharmacy staff at the 38045 market Square - Zephyrhills location. They were very polite, courteous, and extremely helpful when I found out that the medicine I was prescribed was out of stock at two other pharmacy locations. I needed the medicine for a procedure and they had it on their shelf. I contacted the FLMC doctors office but the prescription was not transferred over while I waited almost 2 hours. The staff kindly called the other pharmacy and the pharmacist spoke to get them to transfer my prescription over. I am so very grateful for their kindness, patience, and diligence in helping me. You are blessed with a wonderful staff and I hope that you will recognize them for going above and beyond to help me.”

“Exterior / Interior I've never visited the physical location so I'm not sure about the exterior or interior. Price / Value Not sure how they rate compared to other compounding pharmacies because I've only ever filled compound Rx's here. Customer Service They can be extremely difficult to reach on the phone and when you do get someone on the line, they can be a bit gruff and impatient. But I think it's because they are doing some extremely high volume. I suggest you make sure you have all your information ready and compose a short list of succinct questions BEFORE calling in. Eventually, I was able to communicate with an associate named Nicole and she was a God-send. She answered all my questions about my compound and responded to me in an insanely timely fashion. Every. Single. Time. With extreme patience and always with a sunny, pleasant disposition. I don't know what I would have done without Nicole. Lol. Summary Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy. I have a local compounding pharmacy in Kennesaw that I typically like and use (no shipping costs because I can drive there to pick it up), but when they don't have a product, Southlake is definitely my go to pharmacy. My only suggestion is that they create some sort of frequently asked question page on their website (specifically for the popular compounds). I think it would cut down on the volume of calls they receive and free up the staff's time answering phone calls.”

“You won't find a pharmacy more willing to help you. The amount of service is shocking if you're used to a big chain store where you are just a number, they make sure I actually get all the extras I'm supposed to get from my insurance. They aren't open 24/7 but I never have to wait for my prescriptions and always get to talk to the pharmacist in a calm and quiet atmosphere. They text when you're prescription is ready, with the price, before you run out too. I highly recommend trying this place for yourself.”

“They need to hire more people to answer the phone. Recordings that are designed to sound like people are particularly annoying and insult my intelligence. Other than that OK. Once I got a hold of somebody she was polite and helpful although she definitely sounded rushed. Not her fault and again probably evidence that they could use a few more humans in their employment. The trend of having a supposedly friendly and human sounding recording to answer the phone and shuffle people around and keep them on hold forever is across the board so I don’t guess that Walgreens can be held particularly responsible for that. On second thought – yes they can. They could break that trend LOL! Doubtful that will happen though.”
