“I was searching for a pharmacy that had the RSV vaccine available to pregnant women and called my OB, 4 other pharmacies, and the health department before reaching out to Omega Rx. I was so frustrated with being tossed around by other places and when they answered the phone I was expecting more disappointment, but they not only had the vaccine in stock, they were able to check if it was covered by my insurance over the phone and told me I could come in as soon as I wanted!The pharmacist was so kind and professional and really put me at ease. Great experience and definitely will be telling my pregnant friends where to go if they are also struggling to find a provider for the vaccine!”

“I cannot say enough how much I truly appreciate all of the pharmacy staff at the 38045 market Square - Zephyrhills location. They were very polite, courteous, and extremely helpful when I found out that the medicine I was prescribed was out of stock at two other pharmacy locations. I needed the medicine for a procedure and they had it on their shelf. I contacted the FLMC doctors office but the prescription was not transferred over while I waited almost 2 hours. The staff kindly called the other pharmacy and the pharmacist spoke to get them to transfer my prescription over. I am so very grateful for their kindness, patience, and diligence in helping me. You are blessed with a wonderful staff and I hope that you will recognize them for going above and beyond to help me.”

“Exterior / Interior I've never visited the physical location so I'm not sure about the exterior or interior. Price / Value Not sure how they rate compared to other compounding pharmacies because I've only ever filled compound Rx's here. Customer Service They can be extremely difficult to reach on the phone and when you do get someone on the line, they can be a bit gruff and impatient. But I think it's because they are doing some extremely high volume. I suggest you make sure you have all your information ready and compose a short list of succinct questions BEFORE calling in. Eventually, I was able to communicate with an associate named Nicole and she was a God-send. She answered all my questions about my compound and responded to me in an insanely timely fashion. Every. Single. Time. With extreme patience and always with a sunny, pleasant disposition. I don't know what I would have done without Nicole. Lol. Summary Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy. I have a local compounding pharmacy in Kennesaw that I typically like and use (no shipping costs because I can drive there to pick it up), but when they don't have a product, Southlake is definitely my go to pharmacy. My only suggestion is that they create some sort of frequently asked question page on their website (specifically for the popular compounds). I think it would cut down on the volume of calls they receive and free up the staff's time answering phone calls.”

Called Publix at Summertree Plaza...within an hour of calling and asking the Publix pharmacist to transfer my prescription from Walmart, I received a text from Publix indicating my medication was ready to be picked up. Thank you Publix!”

“I love this store and the employees are great. I like going to this Publix to get all my lottery and scratch off‘s as well. Granted I haven’t done well lately with any of the scratch off‘s, but that’s not their fault. They always have the things I need and they have unique prepared items, bakery goods that are fresh, and a nice selection of meats and cheeses. The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than other stores, but due to its cleanliness, variety, and friendly employees it’s worth paying that extra bit of money.”

“I had to take a trip to the ER today for some possible complications. As I walked into the ER doors, the area was clean and organized. The receptionist greeted me promptly and took my information and asked my symptoms. I sat down for about two minutes before I was brought back to get vitals checked. The nurses were fantastic. They placed me back in the waiting room after vitals. I was only there for three or four more minutes when I was taken back for an ultrasound on my leg. The ultrasound tech was patient and caring as she wheeled me back to the examination room. After she performed her services, she offered me a blanket for the waiting room in case I was cold. It took about 45 minutes to get my results, and the doctor came and sat with me individually and explained the next course of action that I should take for my care, everything went. Super smooth and I would highly recommend going to this hospital again if needed.”

“I've never had a problem with this CVS pharmacy. Great employees. I've read many reviews from people unhappy with this CVS's pharmacy service. Try to go to an independent pharmacy. There are several great ones in Zephyrhills. I used Zephyrhills Community Pharmacy for my son's meds. They're awesome! They answer the phone before it even rings. They call you when your RX is ready,which is really quick. They take all insurances I believe and have enough people working there to keep all customers satisfied. CVS and Walgreens just don't have enough people to handle all the people using them.I feel for them, they're overworked because corporate won't hire more people to handle the RX requests.”
