“This pharmacy gives you the small town feeling. I've had courteous service there. There have been off days but I love the service . I wouldn't trade them for any CVS or Walgreens out there”
“I just left the store and it was the last day of the sale for the corn beef. The only corn beef that was left was a huge slab for $100 so I rang the bell and a young gentleman came to help me and he said he’d see if the meat cutter have left. His name was Taylor and sure enough he was there and he said he was just ready to go home Took the time to take the slab in back and cut it for me in a 4 pound package and he did a wonderful job and I want to thank them both for taking the time to help me. Both are excellent employees they went the extra step thank you thank you thank you.”

“The only complaint I have is the lotto desk. Jeezz... almost every time I go there, it's something crazy. Several times a clerk will check out a couple of people and then say they are calling someone else, and they walk off. I waited 10 minutes today and no one ever came, so I left. I'll just stick to getting grocery here and buy lotto somewhere else.”

“I love this store and the employees are great. I like going to this Publix to get all my lottery and scratch off‘s as well. Granted I haven’t done well lately with any of the scratch off‘s, but that’s not their fault. They always have the things I need and they have unique prepared items, bakery goods that are fresh, and a nice selection of meats and cheeses. The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than other stores, but due to its cleanliness, variety, and friendly employees it’s worth paying that extra bit of money.”
“I had a bad experience at Walgreens in Wesley Chapel so we came here. Night and day difference. Pleasant to deal with came in for vacation. No app. in and out in less than 20 minutes. “As for customer service in the pharmacy ??DEMITRIUS is awesome alway respectful with a smile and I appreciate that and He doesn’t mind if you ask a couple extra questions, which sometimes we need to do right! But when I did call a little earlier speaking to a different person over the phone, which I do not recall her name, it was a woman with a non-American accent, Honestly, she was pretty rude and I understand it can be pretty busy as I am a server at a restaurant that gets really busy at times but still with that said I should still always take into consideration that your customer service skills should always be one of the top priorities, especially being that I was to bring my business to you on a constant anyways that’s my review and thank you very much.”

To be specific, Walgreens at 6429 Gall Blvd.
I still stand by my original review, I was originally impressed, but I can tell you honestly that, the pharmacists here (Dr. Ike and Dr. Diana) just CONTINUE IMPRESSING ME FURTHER and further with time. Their floater Dr. Stanley is it’s also wonderful and lovely to work with. These pharmacists run a tight ship, everyone in their support staff / environment is aware of what they are doing and efficient at their jobs.They have become essential in my life, I speak to them each AT LEAST weekly My health has become intensely worse over the years and I not ONLY now CAN FIRMLY say this is the That’s pharmacy in town, EVEN compared to the other Walgreens, it is literally the best pharmacy I’ve ever used with the most OUTSTANDING people.
I have multiple conditions that can cause contradictions from all the medications I take in this pharmacy team is very aware of catching those possible interactions.
Dr. Ike and Dr. Diana Have been the two main pharmacist that I have dealt with in the three years I have been in Zephyrhills, they are phenomenal pharmacist, but not only that, They are phenomenal and caring human beings, you are not just another patient to them, they know things about you they remember your birthday and your last name, they even remember the sound of your voice and recognize it when you call and never make you feel like they are too busy to answer your questions or hassling them . This is the FIRST pharmacy I have felt like I was cared about as a patient AND NOT JUST ANOTHER NAME AND NUMBER.
I have unwavering faith in their integrity andI trust them immensely as being part of my healthcare team. If you think about it, the pharmacist is one of the essential parts and without them looking out for me constantly when I get a new medication or being on top of things and so efficient and quick, I don’t know what I would do. When I first arrived in Zephyrhills, I used CVS across the street, they have become terrible and I actually ended up in the hospital several times due to medication interactions that their staff or pharmacist did not catch, I switched to Walgreens after about two months living here and it was the best switch of my life, I absolutely do not regret changing to this Walgreens! I’m not sure how Google will update this review, but I will leave my original review as it was below, I just wanted to show that with time these people have really proven their worth and shown their hearts and that they really are in the field of their passion. They work so hard to make sure their patients are taken care of and they do the best they can. Even when it comes to advocating on their patients’ behalf to the doctors prescribing the medications.
