“Not even accessible to local neighborhoods. Just a regular grocery store, below average. Bakery items are a joke, $5 pie if you have to. Pub subs are highly overrated and usually have dry bread. Small bag of doritos that has like 7 chips is $1.85. Cant make a bagel in Florida for some reason. 1 way in. 1 way out. Light takes 2 days to get out. Parking is stupid. Theres land everywhere, they make a micro parking lot to share with car repair company, mcdonalds ad many others. Whoever designed this lot should be fired immediately. Guess they dont look at potential growth, accessibility or common sense. I find the staff mostly helpful. Publix peach tea is awesome. Deli people could use a little polish. Act like we're buying something, not that you're giving it to us for free. Leave through the storage lot by ACE for the only win here.”

Each time ive called in i do not like having to leave a message when i need to ask a simple question. However, ive not had to wait on their return call longer than 30 minutes. As long as you're not in a position to need a response right away they do call back shortly”

The prescription our doctor ordered was out of stock for the exact dosage so they were able to call the office and get the dosage changed so that my daughter could get some much needed antibiotics before they closed. “I felt it necessary to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my pharmacist at the Publix South Walton pharmacy in Santa Rosa Beach. Her name is Lindsey and as a 68 year old male cancer patient in remission I had inadvertently caused a problem/shortage with two very important medications requiring Lindsey’s assistance. Lindsey was incredibly kind, compassionate, patient and extremely helpful calling two of my physicians on my behalf after patiently discussing the entire situation with me both on Friday 1/30 and again on Saturday 1/31. Amazingly both physicians responded to Lindsey’s efforts sending in vital prescriptions needed for my quite serious health issues. I cannot fully express how special, professional and caring Lindsey was. Without her efforts I would have suffered serious health consequences but instead due to her efforts alone today on 2/1 my wife and I were able to attend morning church services having received the medication I so desperately required.
I personally stopped in to Publix after church today on 2/1 and expressed my gratitude to Lindsey in person. Lindsey is a very special person , an outstanding pharmacist and a credit to Publix Pharmacy. God bless her.”
“I am on vacation down in the Destin area and needed a prescription sent to this Walmart. Unfortunately, the prescriber wrote the script incorrectly. The entire pharmacy team was so attentive, walked me through the problem on the phone and were incredibly helpful in me being able to get the issue resolved quickly so that vacation and beach time were uninterrupted! “We went to Walgreens across from the Destin Commons to print pictures. I was really tired ? and dreading having to download ALL my pictures to get two pictures I wanted to print. As I waited at the kiosk I heard a voice from up the aisle saying “do you need help ?” I sure did. Angelique came over and “saved the day. “ she showed me a way to use my phone to directly connect to my pictures WITHOUT downloading my 10,000 pictures. She helped us all the way up to editing, ordering, and checking us out. What would have taken me at least 30 minutes took 10 minutes. Thank you “Angel”ique for all your patience, knowledge, and all around knowledgeable and professional support.”
