This studio, space, water views, owner and people are a happy place for me! I felt right at home and appreciated the vibe that allows for spirituality + holistic wellness to exist in one place. Wonderful staff and beautiful location! I did a half-day retreat (yoga, breathwork, soundbath, reiki session, and ice bath) and it was amazing!
