“I want to compliment Best Buy/Geek Squad for having two amazing knowledgeable courteous young men at your Sanford, FL store. Rey Jean and Dylan Greenhall did for us what AT&T (two different offices) couldn't do. We have tried since Sept 24 to have our data transferred from our old phones to the new ones. All we got was run around. In 40 minutes these young men had our data transferred. These two need a raise and a promotion.”

“Overall a fair process. Makes it easy because they provide shipping labels and other shipping options. I sold 4 different laptops so my experience did vary. I can see why some give one star and complain. But would also say I can see why some give five stars. I'll end it with they did as they promised and overall good experience.”
