I had a great experience getting my suit at Dillard’s today! Marilou Eplite really stood out, she has a fantastic eye for color and gave me helpful modern style tips. I left with a sharp new suit and more confidence in how to wear it. Marilou made it an enjoyable experience. Shout to Mr. Kevin and an employees name I didnt get as well. All helpful and have earned repeat busniess in my book!

Dillard's at the Sanford Town Center offers a truly excellent selection of clothing, shoes, and home goods. While the inventory is great, the staff really makes the difference here. The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to provide top-notch service—they elevate the entire shopping experience.
However, the real worry is its location. Shoppers should be aware that this Dillard's is located within the Seminole Towne Center, and the surrounding mall itself is now closed. This makes accessing the store a bit unusual, so be prepared for a strange environment as you navigate to the open Dillard's entrance.
Despite the surrounding mall issues, the quality of the store and its dedicated staff make it worth the visit if you are looking for a reliable department store experience.

Customer service at this location is top notch! Stacy in the intimates department has helped me for years & always goes above and beyond to find what I need and more. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys what she does & treats you like friend. It’s always a pleasure when she is working.

Friendly staff,- sometimes too friendly ( they must be on commission) , clean store, surprised to find prices at both ends of the spectrum to go with all budgets.

Went over there to get my Brand New Tissot Watch adjusted and stood at the watch area for 10 minutes and nobody was there working…. Had to get someone from the Dior Fragrance area to see if anyone was able to help me. After waiting, a lady with a fake smile named Kim said that they will not adjust my watch. I insisted I did not wanted the adjustment be done for free and that I will pay for the work and she refused to get payment for a wrist adjustment and denied me services. The place and the employees are decayed, like the mall itself… Infrastructure is a mess and the tables were they show the supposed authentic luxury pieces are ancient and badly damaged.
