Spot on dollar tree tbh. I've been to. A. Lot.
To the store though, I love the trees there, but with them you need more signage visible from the road side of the trees. (Don't take down the NATURal shade though)

The store was very neat with a decent stock of items. You can tell the employees work hard to keep the store that way. The checkout process could be better but overall it was better than most stores I've been in recently.
