“Every time I'm near this place, or when I'm in the mood for good, hot, and authentic Filipino food, I will come to De Guzman. The menu is different every day, but the food is always hot, delicious, and ready to eat. You can buy groceries items such as milk, drinks, food, and package seasonings here. The staff is friendly and ready to serve you. You can also get bobba drinks and their delicious Filipino dessert, Halo-Halo.”

“Fancy fruit is the to go when it comes to meats & Prepared food. They carry a large selection of freshly butchered meats. I get my fresh meats here as well as produce. After I'm done shopping, I make sure to stop by and get some fresh made food. My favorite is the sausage rice and the beef stew. Well cooked and full of flavors, not to mention super affordable if you don't feel like cooking but have to feed the family.”

“A very solid bakery section that deserves its mention, especially for anyone doing the full BJ’s run and trying to cover all the bases in one stop.
The selection is usually dependable, with plenty of cakes, desserts, and baked goods that make it easy to grab something for a gathering, celebration, or just because temptation happened to win that day. It fits well with the overall BJ’s experience—practical, convenient, and generally well stocked.
One of the nicer parts of this bakery is that it adds a little warmth to an otherwise warehouse-style shopping trip. In a store built around bulk efficiency, the bakery section gives you one of the few moments that feels a little more inviting and a little less industrial.
It may not be a boutique pastry shop, and it’s not trying to be, but for a membership warehouse bakery, it does its job well and earns its place in the lineup.
Even in the kingdom of bulk paper towels and palletized snacks, it is comforting to know that cake still has diplomatic immunity.”

Appreciate the staff for their hard work in helping the place stay clean and organized. And has self checkouts and some cashier lanes.”
“Great place to get all your shopping done in one place with the home goods, pharmacy, and grocery all together! The isles are clean and clutter free and most items are well stocked. The Starbucks coffee shop near the front entrance can whip you up a skim milk latte in no time.”

“They have name brand items that are much less expensive than in the grocery store yet none of them are expired or close to being expired and you can pretty much get anything you need at Dollar general so it's convenient for a quick stopping the only thing is I think their milk has a funny taste”

“Decent place, good fried chicken and fish. Owner and his family will always find a way to work with you to get what you want or what they can allow to work with without losing $$. I wish I could call them though to see if they got what I need or if it's in stock before I walk there and waste my time when I could walk an hour to Georgetown and find what I need instead but I prefer my local stores if I can.”
“Funny how entitled people feel on all these reviews. If you don’t want your car towed, simply don’t park in the businesses parking spaces, especially if you’re not a customer. If you want to go to a restaurant park on the street, or take it up with the city of Sanford. They are the reason your cars get towed. Other than that in the five years I’ve been in Sanford I have seen this place change so much for the better. I know it must be extremely difficult to run a minority family owned supermarket in this day and age. Keep it up you guys don’t let the negative reviews deter you from serving our community. Its unfortunate theres still so much discrimination in the year 2026”
“I love this store employees are amazing my only problem is one of my favorite employees, Faith ,got a write up when she failed to unload shipped products while waiting on customers and being left alone on that shift. Totally unfair to discipline, by far one of your BEST employees there for busting her butt all shift greeting customers and super fast friendly and knowledgeable of the whole store. I pray you stand back and reconsider how hard this young woman works!!!”

“We’ve lived a couple miles from this place for the past 10 years. I’ve been seeing this place keep popping up on my socials so we decide to try them out.
DAMN! Not sure why we waited so long to try them out! We got the chicken tika on naan and the garlic chicken melt also on naan….??? It was one of the best lunches we’ve had in a long time. We’ll be definitely going back to try the rest of the menu.”
