Today is November 4th 2024, I went to this dollar tree after driving around town to find a Minnie Mouse birthday balloon for my daughter which is tomorrow. I got in the store at 9:30pm, walked to the balloon station and was happy to see the Minnie Mouse balloon, that is when everything went left. I’m guessing the girl in the photo below is the manager on duty. She was very combative with me, came out of nowhere and was telling me that I couldn’t get any balloon other than the ones already blown, I then told her that the one I want is not there. She told me that they don’t blow any balloons after 9:00pm and that it was their policy, because it is almost time to go home. You can’t blow a balloon that takes a few seconds? Unbelievable! I asked her since when, because I worked for the dollar tree many years ago and that is not true. I asked for the corporate number. She wouldn’t give it to me, went to the office, slammed the door, then came back and told me that I can go online and find it myself, I then asked for her name, which she gave me a fake name as October. She just didn’t want to help me at all. I only wanted 3 balloons for my daughter’s bday since she loves Minnie and Mickey Mouse and wanted to give it to her before going to Disney. When I decide to leave she comes outside, then waves at me and lights a cigarette and starts smoking. Very disrespectful! And was not in compliance with the dollar tree uniform, not a name tag on her either. These kind of people don’t deserve to have a job at all, You refused to get me some balloons, claiming that it is the policy to not blow any balloons after 9pm, but you can go and smoke on the clock. Don’t worry I was able to get in touch with corporate!!!! You got something coming your way. With this kind of behavior, you will never amount to anything in life. Being kind doesn’t cost anything… btw the store actually closes at 10:00pm.

I like this Dollar tree, it's clean and pretty well stocked. I'm only giving four stars because they have no working restroom and it's a huge inconvenience.

I was amazed at the cleanliness and organization of the entire store. Best one I've been in across the country. Michelle the manager was working hard, very kind when I asked a question and said thanks for coming to our store. WOW! I complemented her. DT needs to promote her to train every store.

It's your typical dollar tree, most of the items they carry in all there stores,and I find name brand items some times for a cheap price..
