Goodwill - West Sanford is a large thrift store with ample parking. It is fairly clean and well-organized, particularly in its extensive clothing section, though the houseware area can be a jumbled mess. The staff is generally friendly, especially at checkout. However, some customers find the merchandise prices to be ridiculously high compared to new items or neighboring thrift stores. The store competes with other local thrift shops and has a limited inventory of furniture and sports items, focusing more on clothes and nicnacks. Note that there are no dressing rooms, and returns are only allowed within three days for store credit.
Loved the store. Workers were nice except Julio D. You, sir, do not need to be in customer service. He has a real bad attitude with customers and is very rude.
