I give it a 2 because there's no fitting room. You expect people to pay almost retail prices for used clothes and not even be able to try on the clothing. I saw 4 other people put all the clothes they had in their hands back because of that fact.

This is a nice Goodwill retail shop that competes with the Teen Challenge Thrift next door and another local Goodwill store in Sanford. The inventory here is not as extensive as other Goodwill shops in Central Florida. It’s clean, well organized and has a friendly staff.

Most overpriced goodwill. Charging $30 dollars for a beat up pair of Nike shoes. Just because it says Nike doesn't mean you can charge ridiculous prices. Whatever happened to trying to help out people with limited funds? Very disappointed.

Used to be great. Now they've removed all dressing rooms, so you have to guess if something will fit you. They also raised prices considerably - you can find cheaper items at the Plato's Closet less than 5 min away, or on Depop, Mercari, or Poshmark. They also removed almost all of their book section for some reason.

Prices are extremely high for a thrift store. I had gone to TJ Maxx and Ross before stopping in and they actually had LOWER priced and better quality tops, pants and jackets. Not to mention this location has NO fitting room which is unacceptable and employees are laughing as they tell you. But don’t worry you have only three days to return if needed!

Large Goodwill Store in West Sanford. The clothing section is nearly organized and clean. Houseware section is a jumbled mess! Friendly checkout. Not a destination thrift store by any means, but if you're already in the area, it will be worth checking out. Ample parking in its own lot.

This establishment is absolutely horrendous. First of all when I was donating furniture the employee that came out was covering his face for no reason and then when I asked for help on getting it off of my truck he just walked right back inside having me struggle without said help, then the next day I went back and bought some furniture and the same employee comes out, snatches my receipt from me to then take almost 30 minutes to even get my furniture and when he finally did get it out to me he didn't even bother to help me get it on. Simply put donate on over to teen challenge next door they have better prices, actual fitting rooms, and much better customer service.

They don’t have fitting rooms and you can’t test out electronics. On top of that no return policy. Everything is overpriced. It’s priced even higher than original price tag on it. Clothes are cheaper at Ross or tjmaxx. Everything is messy. Customer service is non existing. I used to come here a lot but now it’s just a waste of time.

Upon entering the store I noticed that there were no longer any fitting rooms to try clothes on. When I walked up to the register to ask if they had them or just moved them an employee replied with a snotty response "No we don't." I then told her you just lost my business. As we walked away, another employee said "We've heard that before. The attitude of the employees is completely unsatisfactory!! We left and immediately went to Teen Challenge next door where they have fitting rooms and employees with good attitudes!

Honestly furious. They don't have dressing rooms so you can't try anything on as it is. So when I bought a size large pants in the Halloween section, and I took it home to try it on, realizing its a child size large, they say they can't return anything or exchange anything from the Halloween section. Awesome, so I have a $10 pair of child size pants that I wasted my money on and have nothing to do with this now. So over Goodwill and I'm not returning ?

They've closed their dressing rooms, so now you have 3 days to try on your purchase. If it doesn't fit, they won't give you a refund or store credit. You have to choose something of equal or lesser value to exchange it with. Without dressing rooms, this could be a viscous cycle. But not to worry, we've decided to cease our patronage at this establishment who's fallen FAR from where they once were.

No fitting rooms and as of recently, horrible prices. They promote supporting their local community but accept donations and in exchange have priced out low income families from a store they previously relied on. Used items should not be listed for more than their new retail price and this goodwill and many others have been moving in this direction for awhile now. Disappointing.

A little disappointed in the prices of merchandise, there prices are ridiculously high. Some things I found you could buy brand new alot cheaper. Goodwill is to be fair prices not anymore. The teen challenge thrift store in Sanford is way better and better quality and alot cheaper fair prices

NO FITTING ROOMS. A store that's square footage is mainly clothes has no fitting rooms and this is in all Goodwills now.Offering exchanges makes no sense when you find 20 items you like a d can't try. On top of that, nearly everything is overpriced and things from places like Ross that still have tags are priced higher than the original price tag. All of this adds up hence why people try on before buying. Extreme inconvenience.Just another corporate tactic trying to steal hard working American's money in the name of helping others when they don't help anyone; not even the hardworking people there and in fact receive government funding and all these donations for free.
