“This hotel was great. The staff made accommodations for me even at 2AM Saturday morning. The room was recently renovated and very clean. My only minor complaints are that they didn’t have a desk chair so that I could sit and eat in my room comfortably and the phone didn’t have a phone in it. The morning breakfast was hearty and good. I would go back”

“I read the reviews after I checked in, and I'll tell you one thing. I had to write a review after reading some of them reviews made it up here for the weekend due to them fumigating my house so believe me if it were any bugs I would have noticed them and as in management the owners I didn't have a problem with them at all in fact they were pretty accommodating the place was pretty busy due to the air show over the weekend wasn't that bad at all , now remember they cater the family and they cater the kids. pool was a little full because the hotel was a little full also just found out it was baseball weekend felt bad for the employees that they had a lot of kids to deal with (so you can't blame anything on that for the things they had to do this weekend they jumped through a lot of Hoops just to try to please everybody and you can't please everybody it's a must a check out yourself must check it out yourself you'll see location perfect reason why I am writing a review is you've got some employees that go over and above especially the daytime employees never met the owner but the employees make up for everything I4w think great customer service great attitudes I see no problem with the place that's why I say please go check out yourself actually you will be very surprised if you ask meRooms: Rooms are great size plenty of room for the family bathroom was nice showers are goodNoteworthy details: Like I said for being a weekend for kids around here for the baseball tournament today on softball tournaments and everything I think they handled itself pretty well and professionally I'm not going to go about the micromanaging because I didn't see a person”

“One of the cleanest hotels we stayed in! Rooms are spacious, good amount of breakfast every morning and social hour with 2 free drinks (hard liquor too) in the evenings. Hot tub and pool were clean. Close to everything. Surprisingly found a park right outside to walk around and you ca walk to downtown Altamonte area. Really loved our stay and next time we’re in Orlando, definitely staying here !”

“I'd have given a 5 if it weren't for the faulty hot tub. A shout out to Sierra, on staff, on the night shift. She's very helpful, kind, and nice to talk with. Double queen bed rooms are clean, neat, and sizeable. Breakfast is definitely much better than most hotels. Many good restaurants nearby. I4 is 1/4 mile away. The first night, the hot tub was being fixed so it was not available. Later, they let us know it was fixed, so the next day we got the hotel for another night. Go figure, the hot tub jets kept shutting off after after a few seconds. So if you need a hot tub, go elsewhere.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool though was green for the entire duration of the 6 night stay. A clean pool is required when staying at any Florida hotel. But overall a nice hotel that needs to remain committed to all of the customers needs.”

“I was extremity happy with our stay here! I only had one complaint, the room smelled a bit, like an animal had been in that room before us. I always carry Lysol spray, so that took care of that! We have fur babies at home and, this hotel allows pests. I may bring my dogg night time I stay here. There WILL be a next time. The full kitchen was a plus! I saved a ton of money cooking in the room. The price was cheep and the staff were wonderful!!! Located in a safe neighborhood as well! Can't wait to see ya soon!!”

Rooms: Rooms clean & tidy. Some alittle run down, but basically clean.

Walkability: Able to walk to food close by.
