“This place is great and has one of the best staff out of the hotels I been in from the front desk to the housekeepers. This place is beautiful and I recommend them I been there plenty of times and I loved it. The property has bad reviews because this property don't deal with people's bull crap. I noticed people go in there and just because they are paying they wanna become owners and not respect hotel rules or policies that's not right on the customer's end. Like i said I recommend the place don't go by these angry customer's comments see it for yourself.”
“I went there to get some rest, however, there was a young man whose boat had broken down and he had to fix it. The tapping on his boat was annoying. But I eventually was able to block it out. The customer service reps who are very kind.”

“My partner's sister and niece live in the area, so we enjoy staying there when we go to visit. The location is convenient with nearby restaurants. The rooms are ample and well appointed and the staff is accommodating. Can't ask for more.”
