“What a beautiful hotel! It’s in a great complex of shops and restaurants. Hotel has a delicious restaurant and the included breakfast buffet is the best one I’ve ever had! There is an omelet station where Anthony not only makes the best omelets on the East coast, he greats you with a beautiful smile and a warm cheerful welcome! The other attendants at the buffet also have excellent customer service! We found Gloria to be most helpful! And the housekeeping and check in staff first rate! This hotel manager certainly runs a fabulous hotel! My bonus? Crabtree & Evelyn soap, cream, shampoo & cream rinse in the bathroom! I’m in Heaven! XOXOXO”

“Nothing is ever perfect, yet no issues here. Staying Easter weekend. Didn't venture to the pool for obvious reasons and water temperature was likely 75 degrees. No creepy crawlers either. Be careful of hot water in shower. Too hot is no good but hot water was very relaxing shower. Great location and pricing was desirable. Glad to have booked in advance. I'm sure that they are currently sold out.”

“Stopped in here for a room for a night after getting heart sickness at my camp site.. im so greatful the front desk lady and the gentleman working were able to get us a room and checked in.. even tho it's was so so so early.. the rooms were clean and beds was soft.. it was nice interacting with the employees especially as I was feeling so unwell.. thank yall”

“I went there to get some rest, however, there was a young man whose boat had broken down and he had to fix it. The tapping on his boat was annoying. But I eventually was able to block it out. The customer service reps who are very kind.”
“When we arrived, they were almost fully booked.Even though we had reservations Tiffany, the receptionist was amazing.She went above and beyond her duties to make sure that myself and my fiancé had a great anniversary.She put us in a great room and a great location.Everything we could ask for... “Solid hotel option midway between the Sanford Airport and historic downtown Sanford and Lake Monroe. Friendly staff and decent free breakfast. Room was quiet and comfortable and bed comfy. Bathroom needed a remodel and had numerous maintenance issues. Several restaurants an easy walk.”
