“Ordered my counters through Home Depot, and this was actually the second stone company after the first was let go. From the very beginning, the communication and professionalism were amazing. The install had a few hiccups, but they made it right—and I’m so happy with the end result.

“We had a great experience with Quality Craftsmen for our shower installation. The team was professional and efficient throughout the process.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish there was an option for a coated sliding glass door to help prevent fogging. Considering the overall cost, having that type of sliding door would have made the experience even better.
Overall, we’re very happy with the shower installation and would recommend Quality Craftsmen for their quality work.”

“We recently decided to completely remodel our Master Bathroom and make modifications to our kitchen and 2 guest bathrooms. We talked to friends, studied reviews and saw firsthand some of the work that had been done by local contractors. We narrowed our selection and decided to interview Stevens Kitchens. The interview was thorough and the approach was quite professional. The representative Reem Kader detailed the process and gave us a high level of confidence that the work would be done completely, professionally and on time with accountability. We made the decision to use them as our contractor.
Reem detailed the process and let us know what tracking tools they would use and we would have throughout the construction. We were given a start date, a weekly schedule and an end date. We were advised of the variables that could affect the schedule and true to their word, the schedule was met. Most of the supplies were in hand prior to construction which helped the process move smoothly. The tracking tool was a great relief as we were able to follow the process every step along the way. While the construction process and workmanship were excellent, the service and response to questions were even better. We had heard of the many horror stories that had been produced by other construction companies and projects. This was not the case with Stevens and this was not the case with us.
Jose Torres and Dylan White were part of the supervisory leadership that ensured effective follow-up, great response time and attention to detail. This was especially important since during the construction I was working from home.
When the project was completed, they arranged for a team to clean our house and remove any dust including dust that was not readily visible.
We highly recommend the Stevens Kitchens team and would use them again and recommend them to our friends.”
“Unique Flooring and Design did a fantastic job replacing old linoleum with modern tile flooring in our laundry room, adjoining hallway and three bathrooms. Owner Nelson Carballea is very much a professional gentleman. He listened skillfully to our needs and desires and customized a strategy to accommodate our goals. Seeing the beautiful tile products available in his store encouraged us to dust off an 11-year old project and consider doing business with his company. He allowed us to take tile samples home for review and never pressured us to commit a purchase. The entire process from beginning to end pleasantly exceeded expectations. We scheduled an estimate, which he personally accomplished and returned with a very reasonable offer. Scheduling was easy and quick; materials and installers were available within a week. Our prep was minimal, because installers (led by Yasnioby R.) removed and replaced washer, dryer and toilets with care and precision. Installation was expert and professional; tile layout was well planned and level throughout, even securing the “squeaky” upstairs subfloor before laying the tile. Installers were very respectful of our home and “worked clean” never leaving us feeling like we were in the middle of a construction zone. The project has been transformative; it renewed and amplified the beauty of those spaces. We are estactic about the outcome and grateful for meeting Nelson Carballea with whom we enjoyed doing business. We highly recommend Unique Flooring and Design to anyone thinking of repairing or upgrading flooring, especially tile.”

“My sisters and I loved going to the Old Time Pottery store in Orange Park, Florida. The store had everything you could want for your home. We were so upset when our store was replaced by Gabes. We were told the new Gabes store would have pretty much the same type of merchandise... we were told wrong. We were terribly disappointed when we visited the new Gabes store. The entire store was clothing, with very little housewares. It looked very similar to the old Kmart stores, but with more clothing. We went the one time and have not been back. Now, if we want to go to an Old Time Pottery store, the closest one is 2-1/2 hours away. What a loss to northeast Florida.”
