I spoke with a representative (Kevin) whom told me I should go to another company and come back to metro. I really don't understand why metro valuable customers have to pay $200+ to upgrade your phone. Also Kevin was very rude! Never experienced that kind of rudeness at the location on Rinehart Road in Sanford.

I went there yesterday to switch to Metro, I had everything with me and I told the guy there I just wanted the $25 plan with autopay, we were done within 15 minutes. I got back home and noticed in the app he also added a $9 a month insurance I didn’t request and he didn’t ask me about it. I had to spend 45+ minutes on the line with metro just to cancel it, be careful when going to this store and make sure they are not adding services you didn’t ask for. I will make sure to do the extra drive and go to a different store farther away from my place next time.

This store smells very gross. The door was left open to the back room and it was not good looking. Couches are run down the ceiling looks bad junk all over the place. I'm also disappointed that I wasn't able to make a payment online I tried many times I had to go in store and pay extra fee just to pay my bill.

I have been having issues with my line for nearly a year. No one was able to figure it out. Today I walked in to Make my payment and the young man Graviel found the issue. My problem has now been resolved.

They are selling tablets for only $25 at the moment. Up to 4 tablets per person. Excellent for Christmas gift.

I purchased a phone at this location from Orlando and Ramone (manager). I was greated cheerfully as soon as I walked in by Orlando. They helped me select the best phone for my needs and answered numerous questions patiently and with a great attitude. Definitely will be returning here.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this store. My service guy was Ramon and he was so helpful and patient with me. Explained all of the plans and omgosh, the free tablet! I left the store with a new phone, tablet and awesome plan. Thanks Ramon!
