“Millie was the best! I had not had a good start to my day due to imbeciles that can’t respect speed limits inside a 20 MPH HOA community, so I was super frustrated to say the least. As soon as I walked in the office, she felt my frustration through my tone of voice and comment and reminded me that it was a good day, because at least, we were alive. She made a very good point, so that helped me shift my demeanor to a less frustrated one. She then told me about how someone had rear ended her car the night before and that it could have been worse, so that definitely put my problem into a different category. The no problem category. ?. Needless to say, Millie was super cordial and very accommodating, because I was 30 minutes late due to my early morning incident. She gave me plenty of time to bring back the cargo van and even after bringing it back 25 minutes late, due to another issue we had with the appliance we were picking up, she was super chill. I was very happy with the entire experience, from making the reservation to my interaction with Millie, so I’m definitely renting again from this location. Thank you Millie! You are DA BEST!”

“I bought moving supplies and rented a van from this location. I love the online option since it helped expedite the pickup/ drop off process and we were able to approve the photos at pickup/ drop off. I like how they buy back the boxes I did not use, but they should have checked them since people seemed to bring back some dinged up boxes. I did not have this issue with my previous move. In addition, please be careful while driving the Uhaul vans in this parking lot because the setup is not ideal and while we were reversing people kept driving behind us to get to the storage area, so foolish and dangerous. I wish that part was set up better. I was able to pick up the van and drop it off here, but in the past the Uhaul website sent me to locations that would not accept the van, which is why I did everything here at the real Uhaul location versus an affiliate/ neighborhood one. I had to wait for the staff, but they were very helpful and kind.”
