Publix Pharmacy at King's Crossing is noted for its very nice store with a great new layout. The pharmacy itself receives consistent praise for wonderful and warm customer service from its knowledgeable and compassionate staff, who provide significant help, clarification, and go out of their way for customers. Many note the pleasant and special shopping experience where they feel treated with respect. However, experiences in other departments vary. The deli and sub counter are frequently cited for slow service, with long wait times causing some customers to leave. While some employees, like those in the meat department, receive thanks for excellent service and for dropping everything to take care of special requests, a negative interaction at the deli made one customer feel small and disrespected, contrasting sharply with the otherwise pleasant store atmosphere. Overall, the pharmacy is a standout for its exceptional care, though service speed in the fresh food areas is an area for improvement.
Working with Publix Pharmacy at Kings Crossing both over the phone and in person is always a breeze. Both the pharmacist and staff take their time to ensure that I understand my medication. Turn around time from my scripts getting submitted and filled is a breeze.

I asked for a special cut from Tyler in the meat department and he dropped everything he was doing to take care of my request. Thanks Tyler, and thanks Publix for making customer service such a big emphasis!

I have received wonderful customer service from the pharmacy reps at this location, especially Wynter, she's very kind and goes out of her way to help.
