I do not care for your self check-in. I’m sure it lowers your overhead costs, but in my opinion medical services need a more personal touch. Most medical services are increasing personal service to make the patient more comfortable; something Quest should examine in detail.

This is the second time I've been to this quest lab, both times I didn't have to wait not that long ,make sure you make an appointment online.
