“Today was my 3rd time at this location and I have always had a 10/10 experience. I wish I could remember my phlebotomists name, I never even felt the needle. So fast with my appointment. I check in on my phone as I walked from my car. Sat down, within 2 mins they called my name. I was literally in and out in less that 8 minutes! I will always return here.”

She was so patient, kind, understanding, and quick to adapt to our feedback on how best to get him comfortable. Give that woman a raise!”

“So I’ll start off by saying I was hesitant to try Acupuncture. I’m not a fan of needles, however I was open minded to possibility’s it could create. Hiroko is amazing. Very caring and considerate. I’ve experienced pain relief and it’s been a wonderful adventure.”

“It usually takes a very long time to take blood from my arm and the tech did it with one try. She tripled check I was the correct patient. She was patient and kind. She asked me if I was ok. She gave me advice on drinking more water to stay hydrated. The facility was extremely clean and organized.”

“I have been going to the elkcam location after they closed the Walmart one for a couple of years now. Gisele in room number 4 is my go to girl! She is very kind and respectful and understands my special needs as I had chemo in the past and my veins are hard to get. She's quick to assist anyone also that needs help. Sylvia The captain of the ship over there is the best at her role and I also love how sweet and accommodating she has been when she has assisted me. She is very supportive to her staff and a great leader in my opinion. I just want to highlight Gisele because she deserves it, and is so careful and cares not to hurt the patient . Will converse with you if you want or not, it's up to you. please be kind to her and Sylvia, they have hearts of gold and everyone over there. Thank you for you role in keeping me healthy!

“Went to Advent Health Labs as a walk in. Rebecca at the front desk was very welcoming and made my visit happen.
Thank you Rebecca. Deseray my tech kept me aware of all processes involved and Shaquilla processed my sample very quickly with results available next day on the portal.. Very happy with the professionalism and services I received from the staff.”

“The process was seamless. I clicked the link to the text that’s informed them that I arrived. When I walked in the building Alex was already calling my name and directed me to the room. The lobby was nice and clean and bright. I sat down in the chair and Alex introduced herself and looked in the system to see that I had 2 lab orders. I had another appointment scheduled on Monday and she said it was okay. I could do them all today and that was awesome. I let her know I’m not a fan of needles but have a system to make it easier on me. While I was looking at the wall we had an amazing conversation and she was done before I realized it. She was a pleasure to talk too. She is the type of employee that makes me want to come back to this location for my lab needs in the future.”

“Francis was very professional. The guy before me was scary, thought we’d have to call the police he was yelling and cussing. She was able to handle him and kept her cool. Besides being a great lab tech she was able to gain control over the guy and get him to calm down.”

“Being self pay, Quest Diagnostics referred me here after cautiously telling my labs would cost me $940. I immediately left Quest to call Medical Arts and ask the price difference. I only had to pay $244 and they accepted walk ins. Even with an appointment at quest, I waited 30 minutes to be seen so I here to Medical arts and took me right in, did my bloodwork and were extremely kind. I called a week later to ask for the update of my results and they immediately sent them over. Will absolutely be coming here again.”

“I have been using Labcorp in Lake Mary for over 10 years. The staff is wonderful and compassionate. There are generally only 2 technicians available. They always do there best to get the clients with appointments in on time. Walk in clients often have a long wait due to the number of people ahead of them.”

“I've been using Deltona Medical Arts Lab for years. They come to my home which makes it much easier to cope with the fear of needles. Nothing but good things to the woman that come out. They even use the butterfly needle thats usually used on children to keep the experience less stressful for me. I totally appreciate this company”

“I never have issues when making an appointment with Quest. If you try to walk-in you will not have a pleasant experience just FYI because wait is unpredictable and you won't be happy about it especially on busy days or the busy hours but appointments are worth making even the day before. They're timely and quick. They make it worry free and are very nice people. If you have personal concerns or fears, it may not be good to stop here because they move fast but they dlalso don't have time to care for everyones personal feelings. Make an appointment and they will get you in timely. I don't recommend walk-ins because they can squeeze you in when they can and it's not on your time so don't expect it. Thank you for always being so efficient! I will continue to come here so long as I live down the street.”

My experience today was EXCEPTIONALLY POSITIVE. All thanks to the Amazing SHEEBA. She really is the Queen of Draws (you don’t feel a thing kind of blood draws) that are over and done with before you even know it!!
Upon arrival, I realized that I had left my bloodwork orders at home. I was about to go back, but checked in anyway and while waiting (not long) scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. My name was soon called by Sheeba! I apologetically told her that I have left my paperwork at home..and before I could finish, (genuine desire to help, no drama or time wasting, pure professionalism) she asked me in and checked to see if they had the order in the system. Asked all the questions to identify me, and voila! She worked her magic in a matter of a couple of minutes. I’m a happy, happy Mama!

PS. Even in the past, I have had no complaints about this place, except there’s no one at the front desk. Because they have Sheeba, that can be easily overlooked and still be worth the 5 Stars!”

“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”

“OK, so when I got up this morning to get my lab work done, I did look at some Google reviews trying to figure out which LabCorp I will be going to. I really wanted to go to one that was close to where I live because it would help me scheduling wise so that I could be to work on time so I took my chance and went to Deltona I had previously thought about Deltona, but hesitated because I thought it was appointment only until I read it on the website that walk-ins were certainly welcome. In addition I saw Google reviews about the service, but TODAY I want everyone to know out there in Google world I received IMPECCABLE service today. I believe her name was Maria. She was professional, courteous, on point, and served ALL of us in the waiting room area!!! It was just a beautiful experience. I cannot explain to you how much it set the tone for my day today thank you thank you thank you Maria for a job PHENOMENAL JOB WELL done !!! if I had to offer feedback another person in the Office, it would be just remarkable and I only say that because wow, she handled all of us, but I know from being in a workplace environment just because someone does impeccable service to clients and customers it would be great for them to have help as well. Maria never complained that she was the only person she loves her job and she’s passionate about it again thanks Maria for a job phenomenally done well!!! “After going to the Longwood location to get something for my son to put a sample in and then refusing, I’ve already been to the Altamonte Springs location before and I know it’s much better but Longwood is closer so I thought I’d try again. When that didn’t work out, I went to the Altamonte Springs location and they did exactly what I asked in about three minutes. The lady at the front desk was pleasant, smiling, and you can tell that she loves to help people”

“This is the lab where I get all the tests my doctors order. Because of the quality of service, there's a girl named Maria who has a magic touch; you don't even feel the needle. They use needles when they draw blood for tests, so try Maria; she speaks both Spanish and English and it's a better place for timely results. Excellent.I could give it more than five stars, I'd give it 100,000 stars because they truly make a difference, so I invite you to go and do your lab work without feeling the needle prick at Draw blood”
