She took the time to show me my unit before I started moving my things in, which made the process much more comfortable and stress-free. She also reassured me that my safety was a priority and let me know she would keep an eye out if I was moving things in alone, which I especially appreciated as a young woman.

“Last Marina on the Saint John’s! We love this place! Fuel prices are fair, staff is wonderful! And the location is really good for storms. If I had any gripes, it’s the lack of a cafe/restaurant on property. It’s really a small complaint as Downtown Sanford is only a short drive away. I will add photos later this weekend.”

It doesn't matter how busy the place is, she is always friendly and very efficient. The lady knows her stuff and she is the reason why we keep going back there even though there are other locations that are closer.”

“Normally a very good experience. Staff is very nice. My problem right now is their website doesn’t work nobody has been at the office and no one is answering the phone and the mailbox is full, so how can I pay them?”
“We haven’t been tenants long, but so far we haven’t had any problems. The location is ideal and near our home. The premise is well kept and gated. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer auto-pay online portal which makes it easy to pay each month.”
“Raj Budhai, the Customer Service Manager, is absolutely wonderful! Our old car was having problems that our mechanic couldn't diagnose, and (even though it wasn't HIS problem) Raj worked REALLY HARD to help us fix it! The rental car was excellent, and Raj and his associates couldn't have been more helpful! Very highly Recommended!”

“Starting the review with saying both Raj and Eric are amazing humans who do try to help. Raj showed me the ropes on how to use the vehicle as I hadn’t driven a fully electric one at this time. They got handed a weird lot and sometimes in retail / customer service industries that can be bigger deal.The car itself, wasn’t my cup of tea -there was a little delay as to which location and just finding charging stations ??♀️Although, the experience was educational and I’d probably never have driven a tesla otherwise.It’s easy to be frustrated, just remember that customer service isn’t for the faint of heart. BE KIND! ☺️?”
