“I'm writing with gratitude for the excellent customer service I received at the Sanford ground (physical location) today. After 10 days of very frustrating phone conversations with FedEx customer service reps, I finally drove to this location to see if I could address the vacation hold that had somehow been placed on my account (not by me). The Sanford location was holding two of my packages, and Rose quickly handled the issue and corrected my account. She, Jazmine, and Ahmon went above and beyond to help me with my packages (one of which was very large and heavy). I truly appreciated their positive attitudes and professionalism, and I'm super grateful for their assistance!”
