“I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. My computer had software issues along with other things. The technician was through, professional and honest. I got my computer back in a timely manner and I am super satisfied! Thank you so much! 10 out of 10”

“FedEx on site is in the nearby Walmart on 17-92 (aka Orlando Ave), not Walgreens. The FedEx associates are service friendly and efficient! Also, if you are worn out and feel like you may pass out, the FedEx employees will let you sit down on the FedEx chair in their public lobby. That small space has everything you need to get your items packed up and on its way to anywhere in the world. There is also a copy machine in the FedEx lobby.Get your FedEx shipping needs done inside the Walmart then you can go shop for those few extra things you need for dinner while you're in the Walmart!!???”

“Super convenient especially if you can't make it to the regular FedEx store (like me). Just go into the Walgreen's in Sanford on French Ave. go to the cashier at the regular checkout.”

“I spent about 3 hours here while the two ladies on staff worked with me on a complicated, last-minute print job for an event I was running. They were incredibly patient and helpful despite me clearly having no idea what I was doing. Very grateful and if I lived here I'd be coming to this location exclusively.”

“I had some urgent paperwork to print out and the person at the counter was so helpful helping me figure out whether to use the computer or the big printer and didn’t rush me even though I was there right before closing. Very helpful and great customer service!”

“I'm writing with gratitude for the excellent customer service I received at the Sanford ground (physical location) today. After 10 days of very frustrating phone conversations with FedEx customer service reps, I finally drove to this location to see if I could address the vacation hold that had somehow been placed on my account (not by me). The Sanford location was holding two of my packages, and Rose quickly handled the issue and corrected my account. She, Jazmine, and Ahmon went above and beyond to help me with my packages (one of which was very large and heavy). I truly appreciated their positive attitudes and professionalism, and I'm super grateful for their assistance!”
