Had to borrow a low-qual. one from Google)This is not your normal FedEx shop - I mean, it's not exactly brand new - so how is it possible that I'm the first to review? This happens, folks, when Wine.com f!#@s up * So, poor Fedex, after 4 unsuccessful attempts and STILL unable to earn their $1.25 shipping charge, almost gave up and sent the pkg back. So I offered to pick it up, thinking it's the place in Longwood. No, no, no - that'd be too convenient. So it's 10 miles driving, one way, complete with a traffic jam on I4 on the return...not pretty.In any case, the facility itself is called "FedEx Ground". Apparently, their ground pkgs use this as a depot. Customers are not normally expected to come here, as evidenced by prison-like turnstiles. If you have to come here, pay close attention to the google directions. After you turn at 451 Monroe, turn right into a parking lot (the first 'option' after you turn off Monroe); do not go straight, which is security-restricted any way. After you park, head east again and look for the 'prison' turnstiles as mentioned (you have to call on the intercom). The folks here are really nice. Lady that brought me my box came all the way out to open a side-gate for me to get back into the parking lot, as it would have required some skill and strength to go through those turnstiles with a 40-lb box in your hand. Hope this was helpful.* (I said not to send the order till a week later cuz we're out of town, confirmed by a chat, and what do they do? ... Ya don't have to use your imagination too much to guess what happened.”

“Last Saturday I've noticed that the package I was waiting is marked as "delivered" when in fact it was not delivered. I called the office, a person took all info and said that they will try to find it ASAP. Next day (Sunday) the package was delivered to my door.
