Short balding guy very unprofessional and rude for no reason. A simple question shouldn’t have turned to a miserable experience.

Edit: The little fake comment that Verizon added does nothing. Never even got a call back. Don't be fooled.
I was led to believe that my bill was going to be a certain amount every month only to find out that one of the perks was left out and my bill was going to be a lot more expensive than planned. This was very upsetting to me as I explained how important this perk was to my overall bill and how I expressed interest in wanting the overall bill to be cheaper. Due to the trade in values, it felt like the salesman was only focused on making a sale and putting me on the higher plan. He did have a lot of great points, but he did not listen to my overall concerns. I asked for two things, to continue to keep my Disney+ bundle, as well as have unlimited talk text and data. This man also told me that I would get a cheaper monthly bill due to the fact that I was paying more to hold onto my current plan. He also told me my device payment would be under 3 dollars a month due to trade in value, however, this was not correct. The right amount was on the paperwork which I did not see but I distinctly remember him being surprised that my device payment was that low and he said “This is what is says and we are not going to question it.” I was also surprised because my math was telling me it would be at least five dollars a month.
I left there with the understanding that my new monthly bill would be $10 cheaper a month and I would have everything that I said would be important to me. That ended up not being true as I was unsubscribe from Disney+ the very next day. (This also caused a whole can of worms that I am still dealing with because of the unenrollment. Hulu decided to charge me over 30 dollars for ad free because I was unknowingly unsubscribed for a week even though I was still watching Hulu every night.)
I was on the phone with Verizon on several different occasions for over an hour each time and they basically told me they could do nothing for me and that I would have to go to the store. I immediately drove to the store and was met with lots of apprehension towards my situation. When noting these concerns to the two associates, I was gaslit into thinking that my concerns weren’t valid as the associate who handled me was very “particular” and would have “sat me down and gone over everything step-by-step.” The fact that you even attempted to convince me that something else happened or I missed some of the details is completely outrageous. I know what the sales associate told me. He told me that my bundle was still included in the plan. Even if it was something I had to pay extra for, I wasn’t even enrolled in it!!! He told me I was. He told me to check the app after 24 hours to make sure that it was still included in the service and perks. He told me I might have to re-register my email (NOT RE ENROLL) since it falls under a “new plan” but that it should still be included with the plan … It’s crazy to me that you can’t even take ownership and think that he might have messed up and misspoke but instead want to make it seem like I misunderstood him because he’s such a “great associate.” I understand defending a coworker but not to the extent of gaslighting a customer. After talking to some coworkers, and reading some of these reviews, this seems to be a common practice with this Verizon. (That same sales associate that they were saying was very particular and can “do no wrong” also screwed one of my coworkers over.) They want to use that same language of the fact that “not all policies are the same” and their “job is to go over them in detail…” They don’t do that. They also do not keep any signed PDFs of paperwork in your file… They rely on you bringing in paperwork in to prove your point, which is kind of crazy to me. If you are still choosing to shop at this store after all of the warnings, bring a recorder and a witness because they will try to screw you over. :)
I would rather reactivate my old iPhone 4S and buy minute cards from the gas station

They will lie to get you signed up. The agent told me he would be waving my activation fees which never happened. I was charged for them in my first bill once I noticed I went back to the this store asked about another rep lied and said she had her manager take care of it. Nope that too was false and now Verizon is charging me an additional 60 for pausing my auto pay while I got this sorted . By far the worst phone company I've dealt with.

My visit to this store almost made me leave Verizon altogether. The representative added multiple devices and phone numbers to my account after I left the store. The only way I found out was from receipts that were emailed to me with signatures of other individuals. I went back to the store to have this taken care of and was told that it was a "system error" and was left alone in the lobby for over an hour. The staff was all on their phone, I heard one staff member tell an elderly woman to "go to the best buy next door" for a minor tech issue because they "only provided phone service here" even for Verizon customer. I still have two devices that aren't mine on my account and they were never properly removed, and the names of the phones were changed to my name! so it looks like they were mine. I have spent countless hours with Verizon customer support trying to get this resolved. I worked for a wireless company for three years, I'm aware of how things work. this was not a system error, this was a mistake that was made by someone not paying attention to detail and costing me money because of it. Do better.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Latasha at the Verizon store. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed aggravated with helping me. When I asked about plan options, she didn’t take the time to explain things clearly, and when I asked follow-up questions, she acted like I was bothering her. I felt rushed and undervalued as a customer. I expected better service from Verizon, especially when making an important decision about my plan. I won’t be returning to this store, and I definitely won’t be dealing with Latasha again!

Went into the store on Rhinehart Road because I wanted to pay my phone off. Nel came out to help me but before she did there was a customer who she previously helped stop her and she proceeded to help him even though he was already being helped. So I polite asked her did she think that it was right for two people to help one person. She said that's what they do at Verizon. I said I can't believe that. So the guy apologized and she proceeds to tell him not to worry about it and continues to help him. So in other words she didn't give a damn about why I came in the store. This really didn't settle with me. I'm not happy with this store at all. I know there will nothing done or that particular store will not be contacted to let them know what type of people that they have working for the company.
