As a long-time customer of Verizon, I have always had positive experiences at their stores. However, my recent visit to the Verizon store, assisted by Sabrina Derrick, has set a new standard for exceptional customer service.Recently, I lost my phone in a bad accident, which left me phoneless, stressed, and disoriented. Amidst this chaos, I visited the Verizon store seeking a solution.Sabrina displayed extraordinary empathy and understanding from the moment I approached her. She listened attentively as I explained my predicament, exuding patience and genuine concern. In an era where genuine customer service is increasingly rare, Sabrina's approach was a breath of fresh air.But what truly set Sabrina apart was her determination to resolve my issue. She explored various options to help me find a solution and went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her expertise and knowledge about Verizon's services were evident, and her ability to tailor these services to my unique situation was impressive.What I appreciated most was Sabrina's ability to make me feel valued and heard. She didn't just see me as another customer but as an individual in a challenging situation. This humanized approach in a corporate setting is rare and commendable.In conclusion, my interaction with Sabrina was the best I have ever had at this Verizon store, and that's saying a lot considering my past positive experiences. Free trial (30 days) of in home Wifi. No cables - just plug it in. Shower than cables, but we only have 2 people here, so it is enough. $35 per month vs Spectrum $89. Plus no cables in my home or in my yard (which I seem to find every time i dig in the yard. ) If you have major Wifi bandwidth needs this may not be for you. But for a small home it is sufficient.

Went in to do a phone replacement/ upgrade. I was greeted promptly and had to wait but was told that up front. Very helpful and friendly.

My bill went up suddenly this month by $30. I called 611 yesterday and was connected to a phone rep in the Philippines who kept repeating the same phrase over and over and over, like I was deaf and didn't hear her the first time or that I was incapable of understanding. After 15 minutes of this nonsense, I protested and told her how offensive it is to be admonished for 15 minutes in such an infantile way. She offered no solution for pricing, and when I said that other companies offer cell phones too, she was non responsive, didn't try to refer me to the retention department or take any action to keep my 20 plus year relationship with Verizon. I made good on my promise to the rep to immediately contact another provider, took all 4 lines away from Verizon to the new provider and I'm saving $90 a month. Verizon corporate needs to be more cognizant of the actions of their customer service reps in the Philippines and what they say to clients, I'm sure I'm not the only long term client that has left due to an abrasive interaction with their customer service reps.

7/17/2023:Purchased a new i-phone and Apple watch. Maleek did an excellent job explaining all our options for equipment and pricing as well as all the different plans to suit our needs. He helped with my veterans discount and using the Verizon app. He also transferred everything from the old phone to the new phone and it all worked. This was probably the best experience we have had at Verizon.

Yesterday, my i6 from 2017 finally gave it up.I was at a loss to decide what to do next.I told Rich that I wanted something similar, and he immediately hooked me up with the new phone I needed.He then transferred over all of my data from the old phone and got it all done so professionally.The new phone has unbelievably sophistication that I needed some help to understand what all I could do with it.Today, Keith walked me through how to put my new password on the phone and guided me through many of the other programs.What a team!If you need help with your phone, Rich, Keith and their team will really get it done for you.

Very poor customer service by the manager. The manager has poor poor communication skills. Does not care about new customers. Treats people and new customers like garbage. Extremely rude! When asked a question did not want to explain the answer or say the answer just wanted to State policies. Not a very good representative of Verizon. His name is Josh.

I normally dread the replacement of my phone hence having my phone for 4 years. However, I had a wonderful experience today. Worked with Malik who assisted my son and I with the replacement of our phones. He was friendly and professional and took care of everything we needed in a very short period of time. Great service and a great experience!!
