The Bait Box is a very good fishing store on Sanibel Island's Periwinkle Way. It sells fresh and live bait, including shrimp and pinfish, and carries all the essentials and gear for local fishing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and generous, offering good advice. Prices are reasonable and good. The store specializes in fly fishing rods from Orvis and is in a great location.
