Really well organized store and I liked that it had Soma upstairs. I was shocked when I got to the register that a lot of what I bought was on sale which was an extra bonus!

Leslie, one of the associates, was great! She helped with sizing for 3 of us (me, mom, & sister). If we had incorrect size, she pointed out & got correct size. Also told us what they didn't have & could order. She was honest with what looked good & not so good. I've visited sanibel Island twice & gone to this Chico's both times, they do not disappoint! I'll be going back next year, fingers crossed!Also, stores in this strip mall charge $200 & up for a shirt. Yes, just a shirt. Chico's is better quality & service than those other stores! 2 years later, I still wear all purchases. Granted covid, but see myself wearing these clothes for another year at least.

Love Chico’s ,Have bought there clothes for yrs. But finding of late sizes are not the same as used to buy my size always fit now you are all over the place in sizes. And the have moved from Bell tower and the drive is way too long to be a regular shopper.wish they would open store in iCape Coral Fl.

This is an amazing location of this store in the cutest island around. They have the nicest staff that are so helpful in every way. The size of the store is pretty large so their selection is very nice. Highly recommend visiting this store and help support the island of Sanibel!

This review is for corporate headquarters and their policies and processes, not any individual store. I ordered multiple clothing items from my local Chico's. Sad to say, most of the items didn't work out for me. On April 8, 2020, I returned those items via USPS and have that receipt. By April 24th, I hadn't gotten any notice that my items had been received by Chico's, so I called HQ. No items had been received. The person I talked to told me that when they do receive the items, they allow 14 business days (essentially 3 weeks by my calculation) to process the returns, and another 14 business days to process the credit. Since it takes about 10 seconds for them to charge your card I do not understand this at all. Six weeks to process returns!? Now, 17 BUSINESS days after I sent the items, still no notice of receipt of the items. (I sent items back to Nordstrom on April 8, at the same time and post office as the Chico's items, and my credit card had already been credited on April 24). I don't know where the hangup is, but this doesn't work for me. I would have returned the items in person, just to avoid this kind of situation, but under the current pandemic restrictions, that option wasn't possible. This complaint has to do with the company not having an organized and timely return process. I want my money back. Now. 5/8/2020 Update: It is now one month exactly from the day that I took my packages to the post office. One for Chicos and one for Nordstrom and the Nordstrom package has already been received, processed and my account credited as of April 24. As of today, there has been no notice to me that the Chico's returns were received. Just to be sure, I checked with my credit card yesterday and no credits have been made to my account. Unacceptable. I've been a customer of Chico's for over 20 years, but I am going to make it a point to find another retailer for clothing purchases. This just isn't worth the aggravation (and lost money). 5/14/20 - My credit card was credited a couple of days ago. People can decide for themselves if this works for them or not 5/14/20 - Apparently this saga is not over. In today's mail, I received back 3 items with a form and a check mark beside "no receipt". I sent back ORIGINAL receipts for everything I had. And, all items were ordered at the same time, from the local Chico's, during I think 2 different calls. Some items were shipped from that store, some items were sent from other places. So, I will still have to deal with this issue. Over it.

I had 3 transactions on 9/23/19 & 1 on 9/27/19 from this store on my debit card. But, ironically was at my job & home in Nebraska. It's been disputed with my debit card institution & turned over to the police. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.
