My husband and I ran in for a couple items. When we approached the check out counter we were very rudely told that we might as well check ourselves out because "it'll be awhile" which I didn't understand as they were just standing there. No big deal. Checked ourselves out but needed an override from an employee as we were purchasing Benadryl. The young female worker that came to the self check stand to assist us was so extremely rude. I asked a couple of questions and her reply was "I don't make the prices" and "I don't know". She continued to be beyond rude to the point my husband had to step outside as to not cause a scene. We will never shop there again and will tell everyone in the island about our experience

Reliable. Has been our savior for like the umpteenth time we've visited Sanibel. Our must-purchases have been cases of water to hydrate when we're on the island, sunblock, Noxzema and bug repellent to ward off those pesky little shits flying around when we bike ride or stroll.

Impossible to get a hold of the pharmacist. On hold on phone for 20+ minutes. My mom needed info on her prescription. Could not get through!

Didn't care for the service, didn't care for the attitudes, couldn't wait hours to get something done. Went across to their competition across the street and they were able to fill my prescription in a timely manner and bill my insurance.

We just had an excellent dining experience at The Mad Hatter. We started with the salmon roll and crab cake, both excellent. The light tempura coating on the salmon roll was perfect! I had the potato leek bisque infused with truffle. It was delicious and the flavors were nicely balanced. My husband had shrimp in BBQ sauce with risotto. Again the flavors were well balanced not too much BBQ. And the largest shrimp we've ever seen! I had the scallops with mashed potato and broccoli. Scallops were prepared perfectly. The wine list is on point. French press coffee for my hubby and espresso for me. We split cheese cake for dessert, it was as good if not better than in New York. The food was outstanding as was the service. I can't believe we've been coming to Sanibel for 11 years and this was our first time dining at The Mad Hatter! We'll be back!

Sanibel CVS is my favorite CVS store. Good overall customer service and courteous-friendly cashiers keeps us coming back. CVS is our go to convenience store on the Island. The store has a good selection of wines, sunscreens, hair products, etc. This review is for the retail portion of the store in general- we don't use the pharmacy.

Someone has to tell the pharmacy staff they are phenomenal and very helpful. I watched as a painstakingly long line of retirees with multiple medications and multiple questions were handled with class, professionalism, and courtesy. The tech was entirely unphased by a very rude, entitled woman and ended up killing her with kindness. Great staff.

They rock!! Always Give you text messages when your prescriptions are in. Friendly staff. Everyone there is very knowledgeable
