We visited in the evening in October so most shops were closed for the day. A few shops are still not reopened from recent storm damage. Overall the property is very nice, well maintained and features a large fountain as the centerpiece. There's a great mix of stores and multiple directories to help you navigate the two floors of shops. We visited the shopping mall for Pinocchio's ice cream (delicious!) and enjoyed twilight by the large fountain. This place would be fun to browse during the day as well. Unfortunately, time and weather were less cooperative during our stay on the island.

We love Periwinkle Place! Sadly a great many store fronts are for lease. Attached is a photo of open stores.
Blue Giraffe has a food trailer, but the restaurant itself is closed.
Landscape is restored as are the fabulous fountains.
