Went to the drive up window and I had my elderly mother in the car with me. No-one was at the window so after waiting about a minute I pushed the call teller button. A younger blonde teller with her hair in a pony tail said "I apologize for the few seconds you had to wait. It's gonna be a while". Really??? I thought Wells Fargo was trying to bring customers BACK, not turn them off with snippy employees. Another teller brought us the money and she was nice. Many other banks on the island to choose from.
