“I’ve had a great experience so far living at this community. The ladies in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and quick to help resolve any issues. The manager, Shelly, is wonderful—her personal touch and the way she genuinely connects with residents is something I truly appreciate. Quincy from maintenance is also amazing; he addressed my concerns promptly and made sure everything was taken care of.

For an older building, the interior of the units is surprisingly nice and spacious, which I really enjoy. With that said, a few modern updates—like ceiling lighting in the bedrooms and smart-home features would make the homes even better however they are not opposed to you adding them on your own.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because there are a few areas where I believe improvements can be made, though I’m confident this new management company is on the right track and will continue putting in the work to enhance the community.

I also noticed several move-in fees that I wasn’t expecting. In addition to the $75 application fee per applicant, the $250 admin fee is not credited toward the first month’s rent—this is actually the first community I’ve rented at where the admin fee isn’t applied as a credit to the 1st month’s rent. There were also separate gym fees for each applicant and charges for key fobs required for gym and pool access. I completely understand charges for lost keys, but I feel the initial access keys should be included.

Overall, the new team is great, and the apartment prices are affordable, don’t hesitate stop by and check it out.”
