Laurie is so wonderful, she went above and beyond to help me when I was stuck and couldn't figure out how to complete my online application. The grounds are very green, the two pools, a pretty blue and I am not only happy, but extremely proud and thankful to have the real people running the real deal!!! “The poor reviews almost scared me from looking at this complex to find our new home, but we did, the final viewing of the day, and Jake in leasing helped us apply the same day. He was transparent about the new company they are now under, all work and renovations, and rent increases, he and the other woman in the office have been helpful, patient, easy to work with, and completely transparent throughout this process, we are moving in this week and i hope this review will help someone else looking for their new home! do not be scared by the reviews, read them for context, and even ask the leasing office about it, they are completely forthcoming and helpful. also, The Cordelia has discount for active duty and retired military, which we very much appreciated! The pet rent is also lower than some other places and the complex is beautiful. Excited to call the Cordelia home!”
