Worst service, I wish I could go back to dial up over them. How can you have a monopoly and not know how to serve your customers. Every time I call then they walk though the same stuff and at the end send a tech out, who can’t do anything either. WOW- I wish Cox or Xfinity was here to keep them honest

We are paying for TV and Internet that does not work. We’ve had 3 working hours of Wi-Fi usage in the past 3 weeks. Someone came out yesterday to replace the modem and it’s already crapped out. They can’t get anyone here for another 8 days after coming out yesterday.This company should be shut down.

I personally think that dying would be a more pleasurable experience than being forced to use the only "fast" internet provider in this area.
