These people never pick up their phone and are so quick to send you to an Automated operator that has 0 answers to my questions…. Been trying to reorder my debit card that was never sent in the mail! Thank god i have my Main Bank

Answer your phones and stop trying to get people off the line before they even give you a question. I called today and was told by a customer service rep that couldn’t help me BEFORE I asked a question. So basically she and her job are useless. So much for opening a new account online if I can’t ask one simple question
