This branch is completely unequip to deal with the number of customers it has. There is always only 1 poor teller at the front while several people sit in the back staring at the wall unable to help. Clearly the tellers gets stressed out and leave, because the next time I go in, there is someone new. They are extremely quick to rush and lock the door exactly at 4 so no new customers walk in. What happen to 9 to 5? This bank has poor management overall and needs desperate help. I do plan on moving all of our business accounts to a different bank as soon as possible. I just don't think Wells Fargo has the capabilities and customer service as other banks I've used.

If you have a Hispanic face, don't come to this bank, because the teller at Name Blessie looks at you like a weirdo. I asked for a banker to help me and he told me in a very bad and rude manner that they couldn't help me and didn't even tell me why. very poorly educated to have a Hispanic face, very bad experience, better go to destin there if they are nice, never answer the fone no where to place complaints

I was very angry. The manager here has a very bad attitude. Already told him I called the bank online. We need to come to their office and have them call. He had to stop. We have to do it ourselves. Then we fight ourselves. online customer service must make them call. He just left it to someone else. I want the company to have a new manager. Very bad。very bad man

I went to another bank on Monday, but they were at the front desk, they said it was their job, he spent 1:30 hours helping me deal with this, you need to re-manage the bank manager of this store, many people have complained . Thanks

These people never pick up their phone and are so quick to send you to an Automated operator that has 0 answers to my questions…. Been trying to reorder my debit card that was never sent in the mail! Thank god i have my Main Bank

Answer your phones and stop trying to get people off the line before they even give you a question. I called today and was told by a customer service rep that couldn’t help me BEFORE I asked a question. So basically she and her job are useless. So much for opening a new account online if I can’t ask one simple question

Its hit or miss here, sometimes the experience is great and sometimes it is so bad, it depends on who the branch manager is and if they are about their service or reputation. My problem recently is that they rarely answer their phone, its nearly impossible to get ahold of a banker. Frustrating

Branch cannot answer phone. Branch manager will not return phone calls. Branch cannot do a simple wire transfer, or arrange an appointment. Otherwise this location offers outstanding service.

There’s always something wrong with the ATM, Always out of service when you must need it. I get the fact that you guys don’t have enough staff to be open normally, but at least make sure your ATM works properly for your customers..

The manager at this location, Jacob, is one of the single greatest people when it comes to communication, getting the job done, and advice for your personal and business banking. I can not say enough kind things about him! Wells Fargo is lucky to have him!

I just had a horrible experience at this branch. I just got married and haven’t had a chance to change my last name. Unfortunately all the wedding checks were made out to me and my husband in the new last name. I brought him to the bank with me since his last name was on the check and they refused to cash or deposit it. The teller told me that my husband would have to be added to the account but that he didn’t have time to do that right now. We drove 30 minutes to the nearest branch and they didn’t have time to do their job. He didn’t care at all. Told us to drive even further to another Wells Fargo that maybe they would have time to help us.
