Employees are both arrogant AND incompetent. Not a good mix. Rude employees who don't know how to operate a point-of-sale and blame you for it. Avoid.

I try to stay away but some mornings it’s the only store I come across. Every time in the morning the employees are nodding out and high as a kite! The customer in front of me paid with a credit card and walked out of the store and the cashier fell asleep. I had to wake her up as her eyes were rolling in the back of her head. She immediately opened the cash register, slurred some words and tried to give me 20 bucks cash for my change. I didn’t even have an item rang up yet. I declined the money, obviously. There’s another employee who brings her little kid to work and runs around with no shoes or socks on and her baby in a car seat behind the counter. I get you have to work but that’s very unsafe. Leaving a review on 7/11 is pretty low of me but I hope someone sees this and gets the morning shift girls the help they need!

Beware of this store!!!
They may have skimmer on the left card reader!
When I paid for my merchandise and walked away, clerk start yelling at me told me to come back and pay again!
I came back and paid again by debit card he told me to use same card reader. Next day I found 2 same transaction with same amount of money, had to call the bank to open dispute!
Stay away from that seven eleven!!!

Once again, when ringing up my order, they flew right past the “Save $1.00” choice that I regularly earn. Please 7-Eleven…don’t let these franchises rob us of what we have earned!

While I was pumping gas my daughters went into the store. The manager grabbed them and accused them of stealing. They weren't and it emotionally upset them for weeks. I called the police to file a complaint but they never showed up either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I was purchasing replenish.. They had signs on the door and on each self stating they were 2 for $3.00. I go to pay and the cashier tells me $11.+. I said there are signs saying 2 for $3.00. He went and grabbed the signs out of the cooler but left the one on the door and repeated he couldn't sell them for that price. I walked out

Update 730am sat 7.30.22 why the super stressed out guy working this morning is part of your team is beyond my comprehension. He's rude and obviously one request from a customer from losing it on every customer. Again, staff at this location is horrible!!! Nothing has changed. But hey, this is 7 11 now!!! Old review - Location is great and the store is ok, I wish the slurpee machine wasn't broke all the time. The lockwood ridge location never has issues with their slurpee machine. Staff is rude and they don't care and obviously whoever is managing this team doesn't care. These are long term employees too, so this can't be blamed on hiring shortages. I have repeatedly experienced this myself and repeatedly watched the staff be rude to other customers. This is not a corporate location so I question if training, coaching or secret shopping, etc....would even get done to help identify and correct?

Always out of stuff. The coffee sweetener right now is only aspartame (which is horrible for you) never ever have Stevie. Place looks really run down! Out of products bad.90% of the employees are high. Saw one right out front smoking weed. The younger night guys read of weed. Big gulp cups are never stocked. I've had to find them under counter and stock them. Terrible management.Employees eat and are on their phones while helping customers. (Help is putting it very mildly)! Tall black is rude.

I feel bad for the couple of cashiers that actually work while they are there because most of them don’t. Literally one chick running two registers while one dude pretends to work and another one doesn’t even do that, but eventually goes to the register and reluctantly says, “next” after 10 people pile up in line.
