I've been coming to this store for 10 years. I've probably spent over 10000 dollars here over time. I go there because I work late and it's open 24 hours. Employee BERNARD has locked the store at night and told me it's closed multiple times. I walked 30 minutes away to get what I need and on my walk back it's magically open again. He proceeded to cuss me out and tell me the store was closed. I will never spend a dollar again at that store if he isn't fired. As an owner of that store I would be ashamed to have such a negligent employee. As a customer of over 10 years I should be valued more than a sub standard employee.

Every time that I have come to that 7-Eleven that bathroom is out of order. I have Crohn's and colitis. I have medical conditions that require me to have a bathroom at my disposal where I go is 7-Eleven is dirty and trashy. They don't clean right and their bathroom is never working

Worst 7/11 in sarasota, in 10 visits store is closed maybe 6 times with sign hanging on door back im 10 min, which is a laugh. No cups no lids and my favorite no co2. How does that happen? Get a real manager and clean this mess of a store up! Wow what a mess and nobody cares at all

It was nt bank fault that they over charge me at all I had same issue before other store they gave money back when I cl my bank up they told me it nt there fault when I got three pack cig before it was over 24 dollar it should been 22

Watch your wallet. They don’t honor prices that are clearly displayed. When you point it out to them they just act d*** and tell you they have to charge the price that comes up on the register. Used to go to this store every day but haven’t been back since the rude girl behind the counter told me I didn’t have to shop there if I didn’t like it. So, I don’t like it and I don’t shop there.

Negative five star. The gentleman WHO IS NEW sold me a pack of smokes and when I asked for a vape he proceeded to tell me I needed an ID. So I asked him what is the difference there both nicotine. He proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers and then still could not answer my question on the age qualification for the vape. WHY IS HE BEHIND THE COUNTER. YOUR STORE WILL GET SIGHTED DUE TO HIM SELLING TO UNDER AGE PEOPLE. NOT GOOD AND I WILL BE GOING FURTHER WITH THIS REVIEW.. UNNECESSARY TOTALLY

1106pm on a Friday 4.8.22 night and the store has handwritten signs on the front door that they are closed with the guy working standing out front just telling customers we are closed with no explanation? I was just here an hour or so ago and Bryan took care of me, not sure why the store is closed now????

I was sitting in the parking lot about fifteen minutes for a phone call before I was going to go inside I come in here regularly too. The employee came banging on my window asking what I was doing. I looked at him weird and said I was in the phone. He then began to bang on my window even harder screaming I needed to leave now and that I’m not welcome there. I drove all the way to SR 70 wawa instead. This man deserves to be fired for the way he treats people.

I went into 7-Eleven store I was very hungry this guy that was behind the counter I believe his name was Johnny I remember him saying he get off at 6 a.m. he was very nice pleasant to talk to I was asking him questions about how much the Cuban sandwich was how much does Italian sub cost. could you press the Italian sub and was the chicken wings good, in general just asking him a lot of questions about the stuff in the store and he was very forthcoming and answering my question he made my visit and my grandson visit very pleasant we ended up getting the pizza and it was very delicious very nice guy friendly very respectable I wish it was more customer service like him. His name was Johnny he also helped us download the 7-Eleven app way to go Johnny good customer service.
