This 7/11 has the rudest lady behind the counter I have ever seen at a 7/11 before. All I wanted was to redeem my points that I have been saving up on the app, I wanted one pizza, this rude lady kept insisting on ringing me up for 2 despite explaining that I want to just redeem the points for 1 (at this point I've already done this tons of times and have redeem around 13k points for SINGLE PIZZAS at other 7/11s across Florida with no problems). After asking why she's being rude to me while I'm trying to explain what I want she kept interrupting me with the nastiest attitude I've ever been greeted with by a 7/11 employee. So I tell her fine and leave the store, as I'm sitting here writing this review she comes outside and tries to offer me the pizzas for free and I tell her I don't want them, even while trying to correct her mistake, she's still being rude and has the audacity to tell me the I'm already bending her arm when I did nothing out of the ordinary for what should be expected of an employee of a gas station. I don't care what she has going on, but I didn't even buy anything out of this 7/11 out of pure disdain for this employees attitude for the customer. As if I'm here to ruin her day or something because I have a small request to make. Apparently trying to give me 2 free pizzas is bending her arm less than just allowing me to redeem my points for ONE like I wanted. Never had an issue with this type of transaction before at any other 7/11 except this one.

I pulled away for 5 minutes because I was on the phone, I forgot to pump my fuel i got distracted! Came back and talked to the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do to refund me the $40 of gas ⛽️ this store is nothing but bad 👎 I will never go back there! I would leave 0 stars if google would let me.

This has to be the worst 7/11 in the country. The female manager will be the end of this store if something isn’t done with her and 7/11 has really let me down as a customer. I called and made a complaint about 6 months ago and was told I will be contacted back in regards to the incident and after two follow up calls from me still there is no resolve. The lady trespasses customers for speaking on her attitude. She chooses who she greets and whom she treats with respect and is obviously doing it with impunity. Supporting large corporation is never in the best interest of the middle class. It’s like there is no one you can reach to get a resolve.

When I was at the 7-11 today sitting in girlfriends car. I guess they were having a inspection, then one of the female inspectors walked up to the car and put her face right up to the windshield and gawker in. I'm a paratrooper from Ft. Bragg but man. I never felt so violated before iny life! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I just returned from this store while on break from class and the cashier was staring at me the minute I came in. I am a women of color who goes to nursing school up the road and went there for the first time for gas and decided I should step in and get snack as my classmates told me it’s cheaper there than at school. I was extremely uncomfortable I was about to put back my items which was just candy. When I went to the register he was silent and just stared at me. I felt like I had to teach him some manners because clearly his mother didn’t. So I said Hi how are you? He seemed surprised and then said it back. He rang up my items and didn’t give me a receipt just continued to stare at me. I said thank you and he said it back too. I was very uncomfortable and will not be going back there for anything.

I was sold three bags of Old El Paso Fiesta Twists that were well out-of-date, one by two months. I usually check but was in a hurry and didn't this time. This tells me all I need to know about the quality of food items at this store, and I will NEVER shop there again.

Where do you start on a review of a place that has so many flaws so many things going wrong ? firstly it's a shame to have an attendant who obviously does not care about the place working especially in an overnight shift. I arrived at this location it was 5:20 a.m. April 7th I walked in made my choices of just two cakes and I saw no attendant behind the counter at all and this was after maybe a minute of me going there and then 5 minutes later somebody stumbles in and hears me asking for help and then he points to his shirt which was a 7-Eleven shirt and then I remembered that that person was in their car as I drove up on his phone. Obviously I he was really bothered that I intruded in his little nap session when he was to be behind the counter cleaning something or make sure that the store was running properly none of those things were happening The store was filthy absolutely filthy and this review is going on because I have just gotten back from cities that are much much bigger that have 7-Elevens around the world and the level of attendance and service was absolutely out of this world by comparison and in much cleaner stores. It's an absolute disgrace to have seen that 7-eleven has all the extremes in service.

After a sad weekend, had travel to Tampa for funeral Services , afterwards went to: Wrencrest Dr Wesley Chapel FL 33543 to join the mass. Needed Gas and other supplies and stopped at 7 -eleven. Got what I needed thank you 7-11 for keeping the goodies in- stock. Highly recommend 7-Eleven nationwide to you, family and friends.

Slowest pump ever. Takes 15 minutes to fill up 20 gallons when it usually takes about 3.
