Why hasn't there been any action taken against the man who targets people of color to say disgusting race based things to? There should be a news investigation into this issue. This man is representing your company and its just gross.(RESPONSE TO >THAT DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT)>>YOU WANT MORE INFO? I WAS TOLD THAT THE POLICE HELICOPTERS WOULD CATCH ME IF I THOUGHT I COULD RUN(RUN FROM WHAT I DONT KNOW LOL BUT YEA... YOU GET THE IDEA. I have been going here everyday for a week. Twice the latte machine was malfunctioning. Both times the gentleman came right over and fixed. I have shopped at 4am, noon, and later in the day, each and everytime the folks have been kind and courteous. Just a very welcoming experience.I still haven't gotten enough courage to try the hot dogs or sausages that are on display cooking.I highly recommend this place.12 10 2023 it is year later. The staff is awesome. The latte machine sucks. Last year in 7 trips, it had to reset 4 times. 3 trips this year and I have yet to get it to work. The amazing staff can't get it to work. My gut feeling is the owner does not give a F. How could the same failing machine still be there a year later. True folks are in a hurry or just a yearly visitor and buys something else. I went with a regular coffee. My wife took one sip and said the latte machine isn't working again.Thanks to the owner I was able to disappoint my wife on our vacation.He or she must be a piece of work. Corporate should check in to see how their brand is being damage. Most the customers yhat come in have a personal and friendly relationship with the staff, or this would be a ghost town.If you want great customer service, this is your place. It is hit or miss on the item you want.

Late Friday night August 18th 2023, I saw fresh blood on the cement sidewalk. The workers were aware of it before I saw it. I know that because I had a conversation with them about it. At the time, there were no food items near the blood. It was outside. It was gross, but it wasn't touching anything anyone would consume. I then went back to 7-Eleven again on the night of Saturday the 19th (it's now after midnight on the morning of the 20th (so I saw it about an hour ago). I saw that water bottles had been stacked near and on top of the blood from yesterday and it had not been cleaned at all. The 7-Eleven worker told me it was just going to stay there. I told him that he should throw the product away because it was a health hazard. His response was essentially that nobody would know it was blood because it looked basically like the other black marks on the concrete now. I told him a couple of times that they should get rid of it, but he just walked away on his break to go smoke. He was pretty clear that he wasn't going to do anything about the blood and wasn't going to get rid of the product that came in contact with it. I've reported this to the Florida Health Department for being unsanitary.

I was here last night and saw a fresh puddle of blood. Today there are bottles on the blood. Will report this. I talked to the employee. They knew about the blood and wouldn't clean it up, or toss the product that came in contact with it. They said nobody would know. I've reported it to the FL health department.
